I think you're mistaking feeling of confusion and misunderstanding for disgust.
So far from what I've seen those of us who have vocalized the higher wattage side of the argument are electronics minded; so, we understand it's simple to give it the ability. also what we were mentioning and looking for is more than safe by most standards.
Personally I think I'm finally realizing that the push back and cry against it are fear of losing Provape to high wattage vapors. (I domt see the 50w and under as high wattage but ok)

I'm just hoping that Provape decides that the current customers can handle them opening up and including us. (the 20w-50w vapor). we aren't as bad as some would make you think.
I haven't seen any evidence of this at all - all I've seen is discussion about what level the radius will go to - and if the levels some are mentioning & looking for are safe by provape's standards. If they are - I think you will get them.

Oh, I can assure you that there has been MUCH of what I described. I'm not accusing you of it, but it's been there (at least in the past). I haven't had the time to read each-and-every post in this thread, so I'm hesitant to say it's been here too.

But some (including myself, probably) have become over-sensitive to THAT presentation, and might-possibly read things in that sometimes aren't there.

But seriously, there are entire THREADS to the effect that ProVape was going to go out of business after the P3 released at 20w.

They were fun threads too. For everyone except @Robino1 .

It's funny how perception changes when the Moderatirs cap gets placed on ones head. I used to be entertained reading those threads....pre-moderator days.

Now......

Le *sigh*. I have to wear special boots to go wading into the messes.

CRACKING UP at the mental picture of Pompous Willy and Baton Wielding Turf having their own parade. And Robin, you (along with a few of the others) manage it/us with nothing but class & dignity. Which is more than I can always say for US.

Have a great day, all. I hope I don't miss the BIG NEWS. ;)

@Katdarling , you'll be my eyes & ears, I hope? Grazie, bellissima. :)

So I read the first couple of pages but didn't see anything so can someone tell me what if any info has been released yet without me having to sift through the huge amount of posts already itt and get me up to speed? Thanks.

There is only one or two posters, from Provape, who know anything. the remainder of the posts are either speculation or arguments that we have all read before. I have started just scrolling through looking for a post from a ProVape source.

Pssst there's an easier way. If you go outside the thread and click on the number of replies, it will bring up a list of who replied. Find the name your looking for and click on the number. It will bring up all their posts in the thread. ;)

A lil story while we wait...

I recently gave away one of my Provi to a local BM employee to try for one month. He said he did not know how or why but the vape was just so smooth compared to his at work carry ego type vaporizer.

Long story short, I flat out gave it to him entirely. Three months later, he still gushes about it's smoothness.

I'm breaking my lurking in this thread rule just to say that this is yet another reason why you're such a great guy! Yes it is!!

What if...

The P-Rad was a device that... Only Vaped at a fixed amount. (no user adjustments)

An Amount that no one knew about... But, Just made any juice taste Heavenly! (On any Tank)

Would Y'all buy one?
So in otherwords, a mech? Ironically, I've always found my sweet spot to vape in the 4v (+/-5%) range. Just so happens, when I used 2Ω coils, that was about 8w... Now that I'm using Atlantis/Triton type tank with 0.4Ω coils, that is about 40w. The only difference in the vape is one coil supports open draw/lung hit, and the other supports tight draw, mouth hit.

So if the device fired at a fixed 4v range, I'd have little complaint.

Ok I have kept up with this thread since it was created. Let me break down the wattage ranges of users that I have noticed in the past year or so. I use to be a tootlepuffer with my P3 and Kayfuns at no more than 15-17 watts. I was the exceptions, since most kayfun users were at 7-13 watts. Remember, I am outside the Provari Circle so I have a more clear view of the outside world and hand on experience with other devices, I have also experimented with "high powered" devices, and not really my speed. So here we go:

TootlePuffer- 1w-15w
Low Wattage users- 20w-50w
Medium Wattage users- 51w-75w
High Wattage users- 75w-120w
Cloud chasing Bros- 120w+

Depending on my builds I have to use 50w+ just so I can fire my coil, but this is rare. I'm normally in the 30-45w range on a daily use, Which puts me in the low watt category and I am fine with that. Do I get made fun because I'm not using 100w+? of course I do, but I pay no mind to that. Do I have 150w and 200w devices? of course I do. Do I use those watts on a daily basis? Hell no!!! I vape to stay off the stinkies, so 30-45w is perfect for me and for my coils that I wrap. Would I like to use a Provape product again? If they ever make a product that accommodates my vaping style, I would pick up a couple in a heartbeat. I wouldn't even blink an eye clicking on add to cart, or taking a 2 hour trip to an authorize reseller. Remember, Provape is geared towards the Tootlepuffers. Their main customers are tootlepuffers, I know because I was one them.

But Kasanova "The Radius could be a game changer", it is too soon to even tell what the Watts would be. It could be a 25w box mod, but no one knows. Until the final product is actually revealed, no on knows what it even is. It could be a tank that takes Nautilus coils, it could be a box mod with an authentic Evolve DNA200 board, it could be a P3 box mod with only 20w. It can be anything. Trust me, it is killing me too. Take are all :)

We know it takes a battery and we know it's over 30 watts - on provape fb page (unless that's a red herring)

Ahh yes, with all the excitement I forgot about the facebook coment that stated "Yes. Please stay tuned for more details" when asked if it would be over 30 watts. My fault on that part.

Definitely not a red herring, no way Provape would have posted that response if not true...

Currently using a 2.0 ohm HH coil in a Kabuki on my P3 @ 7.0 watts, 2 BOOST, J.C. Birchwood Vanilla, 1.6% nic.
My favorite ohm coil is 2.0 ohm to 2.4 ohm ! I am currently vaping at 7w on a 2.0 ohm coil as well! I am a big vanilla lover as well :) My diy hazelnut's key ingredient is vanilla cream, and without it it is not the same!

That's a very slick trick I was not aware of.
Thanks for the insight.
Just like 200 watts, I doubt I will use it often if ever, but nice to know I have it.
