The 510 makes complete sense for a cigalike. It was the best of the bunch... but... We have devices in the 22mm range now... and when it comes to thread engagement for conductivity, bigger IS better.

I die a little every time somebody prefers 510 over Z2 or P3. People that own devices that feature P3 connectors, but purchase 510 Kabukis so they can use them on their whole collection miss out on getting to really see how great the P3 connection actually is.

No comparision.

P3 all the way.

How are you gettin on with your Radius?

Quite well.....both at home and away.

Here's my recent vacation gear. One for when the other is charging and my adorable well used Defender for flavor change and back up. A couple of extra coils, for just in case, some liquid and my trusty USB hub for all my electronic gadgets. Wonderful!

So nice to be able to travel with an elitist device.

Nice atty for it's day --- but it has 510 threading!

She knows that...

She's just being funny.

I know the 306 has 510 threading, but I wasn't being funny. I was commenting on Zen's statement "The 510 makes complete sense for a cigalike. It was the best of the bunch..." I took it that he meant the 510 cig-a-like kit was the best, as opposed to the others.

I liked this one better. I still use the attys.

Bonus: it looks the same with the translucent sleeve, other than the texture, of course.
Can the power button light be turned off? I don't want to see Christmas that close to my face.

okay long time lurker to this thread -
Kentisevil......

(Snipped for space.)

For a new vaper, who just wants a quality device and not make it a hobby, I recommend the 2.5. Some people will disagree and say a new vaper should get something that gives them the option to grow, but what if they don't plan to grow? I got the P3 out of curiosity and the Radius for size and battery life, other than that, the mini is all I need.

I get your point but economics play a huge factor in buying decisions. If you've got multiple devices with the 510 connector and only one with a P3, it would stand to reason you'd want something that works with both. And honestly from what I've been reading, not everyone has jumped on board with the P3 standard. People aren't going to ditch their current devices because the P3 is the new hit wonder in very limited use.

Welcome Kentisevil! I tend to lurk a lot too.

Thank you for your fair assessment of what works and doesn't work for you. It sounds like you have a nice collection of gear for comparison. Frankly, I didn't expect to like the Radius as much as I do. I love my minis and my P3 is growing on me. Other box mods I've tried are too big in my hand or too weighty. Even smaller box mods were uncomfortable after a time. For some reason, the Radius ergonomics work for me. I don't put my minis or P3 in 650 mode often because of the length so the Radius serves me well when I'm out and about. I'm happy to have all three in rotation.

FWIW - I can't imagine putting a silicone sleeve on my Cab. It likes being nekkid!

I know... and I have to accept that... But you're not saying I have to like it, are you? Because I'm never going to like it.
