I feel you brother! I had the wait last month when I ordered my Radius on opening day - don't worry it'll get there though.
And I enjoyed that wait so much, I decided to torture myself with a 4 to 6 week for the Stealth Ti on Black Friday! I'm a glutton for punishment.
I have to say ProVape has excellent support. My radius is on its way to them for service and I can't wait to have it back

Thanks for your help it's on version 18 iv given up trying to load the update software on my pc it just will not install the funny thing is this is the only thing iv ever had a problem with

Then at the moment, you don't have a need to update your Radius as it's on the most current version. The software update drivers do download on Windows 10 as that's what I have and it wasn't difficult to do. Perhaps just wait until the next update comes out and try again. In the meantime, your Ghost White should have come with a label in the box telling you how to register for software update notifications. Make sure you do that, so you'll get notifications in the future.
This is why I love the Radius and Provape in Particular:
I'm on a Co-Op thread here on ECF and all is going really smoothly. Should have 6 boxes of Nauty BVC's (1.6 ohm) winding their way to me in a few days and through the bulk buying, I paid only about $9/box! But that's not my point. One of the buyers recently posted they have 5 iStick 30's all of which have batteries that have gone south. 5. That's FIVE. And of course there's nothing this person can do about fixing them. I was SO tempted to suggest they get a Radius next time, but I was good and kept my trap shut. Tempted mightily, I was. But the last thing I need or want to do is start a Provari war. Still......was so friggin' tempted.

So I just noticed that there is an order number for my order on the ProVape site. Anyone buy a Radius recently that was shipped and want to post your order number? I would like to see how close (or far) my order is from being fulfilled.
This may be obvious - but did you try right clicking and running as Administrator? Or right clicking and selecting Properties and checking the Run this program in Compatibility Mode? A few days ago, there was a thread on the general forum entitled "why I went back to smoking". The reason? They got tired of replacing their China mods every couple of months!

The Vapor Bar carries the Provape line-up - 2.5, P3, and Radius. Bought my first Provari from them (P3 Ti) - and the store has knowledgeable people who care. Schell, the owner is strongly into advocacy and has several stores throughout Texas - and also soon to have one opening on the East Coast.
Never heard of that one but good god that is far from me. Lol I am down in clear Lake area.
Huh they are not listed in provapes site. The one that is is vapor sense and I really don't care for them. The one shop I thought would have it by me was vaporesence but they said if they will it would be a while. They really have no one asking for them.
Yes - I'm not sure why they don't list the Provape devices on their website. The B&M stores do carry them, though.

I've bought some iStick 20's, 30's and 40's as I use these to give to people wanting to stop smoking. I even have an iStick 30 as I needed to try it and figure out the menu. I know of two that broke, one started getting hot, the other just stopped working. I know they aren't very old and not being used on a regular basis so I was surprised when I heard they broke. Mine is still going strong but it's not in a daily use and I'm very careful with all my vape equipment.

My wife's iStick 30 started autofiring the first week. The B&M kindly replaced it and she hasn't had another issue. But like you, she only uses it occasionally now - preferring her Provaris...and now her Radius.
Smart Woman!!!
