Thanks for the update!!!A quick update on the issue I had with a 'Red LED' constantly shining. I had a few message exchanges today with Provape Support. The problem is known by their techie's and they are working on a s/w fix for the next update. So if it should happen to your Radius just plug it into the charger. My light went out when I plugged it in ... I didn't even have to unplug it from the charger as @Vape360 suggested to reset the light. Been using it for a day and a half and the lights still out.
And ... I was still offered a replacement if it made me feel better and/or I didn't want to wait for the next s/w update. Can't beat that for support! We (as it's my wife's) said thanks but no thanks to the replacement ... we'll just watch for the next update (as well as shipping notice for the Blue one she ordered).
