Amps. One is has a 10a max pulse with 20a discharge and is 3200mah. The other has 30a max and 50a discharge and is 3000mah. Are either of these a viable option?

What brand? Model? Specs are useless since what you post no battery is capable of.
Both are nominal 3.7 volts flat tops and obviously 18650

The mxjo 108 is a rewrapped panasonic and an ok battery and will be fine in any provari. Since the radius maxes at 9.5 amps you'll be in the safe zone. However, they are ONLY a 10 amp and will not handle anything over a 15a pulse for more than 2secs. You will want to stay under 20w with that battery.
The other battery you give the specs for I would stay away from. NO 18650 is capable of anything over a 40a pulse. Especially if it's a high cap. The only batt so far I know of that came close is the vtc but that was high drain low cap with only 2000 mah.
Don't skimp on batts, it's not worth the risk to save a couple bucks. Read mooch's battery blog here on ecf for more detailed info. IMO stick with the Sammy, lg hg2 or AW batts.
I've been seriously considering adding a Kayfun V4 to my arsenal of tanks, but have a very hard time justifying the cost. A few days ago, a brand new one went up on ebay for $130. The box has a broken SvoeMesto seal, but the seller states that it's a brand new, authentic item. Today, the seller dropped the price to $110. I am very tempted to pull the trigger, but, since the box is open, I don't want to risk being taken for a ride. What's to stop the seller (zero feedbacks, by the way - joined eBay 10 days ago) from taking out the authentic tank and replacing it with a clone? Other than a sealed box, is there a way to verify authenticity?
