nope ... just another mysterious thing ProVape does ... I heard the Radi will operate Poopless

Some of the speculation has gotten out of hand. Although early versions of the Radius were based on poopless hamsters, the addition of the Roomba interface at AngiBe's request made the poopless option redundant. I believe resources were reallocated to hamster mood sensing and color changing, if my sources are correct.

ByLeo will be releasing a P3 base for their Calix rta soon.

I must have missed something - what is the difference between the v1 and v2 Calix bases?

They are not V2. Just some different bases like P3 threaded bases and side airflow bases to fit other needs

Just a couple of guesses....
If there is a way to make a USB port indestructible, ProVape did it.
If anything were to happen to your USB port, ProVape will fix it quickly and inexpensively ....if not for free.
If ProVape didn't put a USB port on the Radius....the cries from the people could be heard from miles away.

I feel pretty confident about this device. ProVape needs to let me down before I start doubting them.

I agree wholeheartedly with this Willy! The 510 fixed pin connector, the LED, heck, you can buy a OEM switch now on E-bay. Those 2-2.5's might just be around for decades to come.

when the P3 was released, people noticed that unscrewing the battery cap and putting it back, increased the IQ.

When I heard this, I tested this also with the 2.5 and noticed a similar reaction to the battery level.

I believe this cog will eliminate any slight movement of the battery cap that causes the IQ to fluctuate.

once this cog style cap is on and tightened ... the battery IQ will be more accurate.

Last night I screwed a 0.16 Nickel coil into a Kanger Subtank and fitted it to a DNA 200 device. Cold the ohms read 0.18. I set the device to 420F and fired it at 40 Watts, left if for a bit and when I returned it read 0.13ohms and gave a cold anaemic vape unless I continued raising the temperature until I reached 520F+. Hows that accurate? I could have locked the resistance but that would't have been accurate either.
Human error doesn't account for the failure, I was using one of the most common tank and coil set ups on the market on one of the best Temp control chips on the market.
At this stage of the game I couldn't with clear conscience recommend a Temperature control device to a new Vaper and since Provape presumabley take into account the needs of Vapers of all experience levels it doesn't surprise me they don't include it as another bullet point to generate sales.

Because you used a kanger occ Ni coil......those are notorious for issues with TC due to the pin and grommet connector

Yup. I have to crank my kangers up as well. Everything else I e tried seems to work accurately.

I'm not in love with IQ myself. And I used to check it multiple times a day. But then I just stopped checking it. It didn't in any way effect the vape, whether IQ was 72 or 90. I'm guessing the PRad will have IQ, but I'm in my happy place with IQ. And that's because I just don't think or worry about it anymore. No I don't!

I can't remember when Blackberry first started putting USB charging points on their phones.

I've been using them for year's, it may be over a decade now.

The battery life on most have been pretty poor, which has meant I've had to jam that little cable into the port several time a day.

The keyboard seems to crap out first on Blackberry's, this is probably my 12th handset.

Never had a problem with any of the USB ports.

If Blackberry can do it, I don't see why Provape can't.

It's a provari thread. You shouldn't be surprised at the turn since it happens in EVERY provari thread going back to 2010. It's just getting worse because the last two generations, with some exceptions, have this entitled attitude and throw temper tantrums when they don't get what they want. What makes it really funny is they tend to think themselves principled when in reality it's pure selfishness.

There is a small cadre of people who dip in and out of the Provari threads once in a while. They stir the pot, hang around for a few days and then scamper off to hide on another forum. There they hiss and scratch among themselves about how they will never go back to the Provari threads and then lo and behold you catch them lurking in the shadows watching for reactions (not even smart enough to be "invisible"). The Provari forum was, in the past, one of my hang-out places but with the BS in another thread preceding this one I just moved on. Don't feed the trolls and they won't spend so much time here.
