Heads up for those in the UK, Cremedevape (formerly C9V Cloud 9 vaping) have ordered them in expected retail price of £170, which after importing it yourself, cutoms etc works out about the same.

Also Keith is a legend, you cannot find a more helpful and caring vendor, Ill be happy to send my cash his way, any issues (highly unlikely with a provari, but you never know) he wont hesitate to sort it out!

Site is temporairily closed for maintenence, be back up with a product page tomorrow.

Do we know if these will take a button top battery at all or is it a dedicated flat top device?
Pretty sure it's flat top only.

Edit: Flat tops are preferred but button tops can be used in a pinch.

I asked and was told flat top.

I saw that Ping, but only saw that they recommend flat top.

I haven't seen whether that means you can't use a button top in a pinch.

Doesn't matter much. I'm planning on using it the way ProVape designed it: as a dedicated USB charging device.

I was browsing the manual last night. Almost positive it's flat tops only for the Radius.

Still gonna be expensive. But then again, I'm intrigued. Gonna have to 'Watch' this thread and see what Provape has in store for us.

The device ships with a Samsung 25R... but button tops will fit and can be used in a pinch. ProVape recommends the 25R, and the unit IS designed to be used as an internal battery device, not as a battery swapper.

Thanks for clarifying, @Zen~. I was curious as well so I just went back to the manual (and my computer) and this is what it says:

You can take her to a Red wings game.

Not a bad idea. 3 and 0 so far. Although, 2 NHL tickets and a couple of beers I could get another Radius.

Sorry Robino1, next time you're in town....

Ya Know...

I think, like everything else, ProVape is giving a Very Conservative estimate of 3 to 4 weeks.

Would not surprise me for those that ordered on day one to see them in 7 days at the most.

Just my thinkin, Jim
Yeah, I thought about that.
The old under promise and over deliver trick.
Then I will kick myself!

I tend to agree with you. I rarely preorder, but it's ProVape, so no risk there. I hate waiting, but this should arrive a bit before my 3 year vape anniversary, so it's okay. :) I can justify just about anything if it's something I want.
I'm not worried about the risk. I'm worried about the wait! :grr:

Zen, in your opinion is there any advantage in upgrading the battery in the Radius over what comes pre-loaded?

You know something? I did think black would be the most popular.

The colours seem to me to be very - let's say, gender-free - so anybody can take any of them, unlike some of the mini colours. I simply adore all three.
(I love my impertinently feminine light pink 2.5 mini nevertheless :p )
