Well, seeing as none of your posts are even REMOTELY on topic, and you clearly have no intention of purchasing, let me introduce you to the door!
Nice of you to stop by! Must be lonely in the other threads!
Have a great day!
Well said HB and here is The door........

First of all -- ProVape already knows about the issue I'm about to describe, and are jumping in to take care of it IMMEDIATELY. They are over-nighting a new Radius to me, and are making sure that I'm a continued happy customer! ***I also had mentioned in my support ticket that I was NOT planning to mention this publicly, but they replied back that there's no reason to hide from any issues, and they would not mind if I did post this publicly in the least. (Mind you they are taking care of this immediately and I should have a new (blue this time) Radius in my hands by tomorrow). They are including the return auth/etc as well, so this will be a very minimal inconvenience to me.

So this is only 2 issues out of likely thousands of Radii (plural?) so far... Trust me - do not worry on this. And feel comforted that if by some crazy chance this happens to anyone else, ProVape will take care of you quickly!!!

The issue:
You might remember my post yesterday about me looking down after my mod stopped firing and seeing the menu screen scrolling by? Well maybe this was (likely) one of the first symptoms of something else apparently going wrong.

A few things:
- When I first got the Radius and fired for the first time, I heard an audible high pitched sound on every fire. This continued, but I didn't think or worry much about it.
- I had the intermittent issue with the screen going back to the menu scroll that i mentioned yesterday
- Then last night, all the sudden I got an error message go by on my screen saying "Output Current High Problem" and flashes red.
- Right at the same time the above happened, all the sudden my atty (kayfun v4 @ 1.6 ohms) was in a constant state of firing (fire button and menu screen were not lit during this time). If i twist it off, it stops firing of course. Twist it back on and its firing again. This continues even when i tried screwing it back on this morning.
- Even with no atty on the device, if I hit the fire button, i will get that same error message of Output Current High Problem and the red flashing lights/etc.
- I tried removing and re-installing the battery a couple times to hopefully reset it, but no dice.

So anyway -- I feel that ProVape is very very very much jumping in and taking care of me right away on this and have absolutely no reservations about owning the Radius and/or my purchase. Heck - I'll probably buy a second around xmas time so i have two color choices! I love a company that stands behind their products, and quickly reacts to make it right!!!!! :)

I did record a short video showing the issues. I apologize for the very poor quality.. I was rushed into recording this while my 3 year old daughter was taking her bath last night (no time for a young parent!!!!)

And another more clearly showing the error message:

Of course Provape is taking care of you, like I knew they would. This is why we put our $$ and trust in them to begin with. Who else ships out a replacement device before they've even received the first one back. Huh? Who?? Oh and yeah, because they make incredible devices that keep us happily off the stinkies. Can't forget that. No we can't!

Since I'm not " entitled" enough to own a Radius yet, I appreciate the chance to drool at yours. Thanks, Sir!

Your entitlement is just around the corner. I know it is. Soon enough you'll have your very own in your hands! Yes you will!

I kind 'a wondered what your purpose was to come in and talk about your SX Mini (which I'm sure is a great device). But then, this isn't a user started thread about vaping devices. This is a Provape Hosted thread introducing the Radius. So, it does beg the question, why you popped into this thread, hosted by Provape to show off your SX Mini (which again, I assume is a nice mod), but when asked if you were buying a Radius your comment was "heaven forbid" as if it would be offensive to you to get one.

Some people can't help trolling a Provari thread ... it has been happening since the 2.5 was released.

Haters gonna keep on hating ;)
