Absolutely! Although the media I provided was about as horrible as it could get... Haha - low quality and all.@stanleybb50 _ Thanks so very much for your "bug" post and the outstanding media. We all benefit from your actions and those of the Mothership. Insert the value of firmware upgrades via the USB port to squash bugs.
Priceless!

Speaking of software updates:
@Vape360, other than camping out on this thread, which if I keep this up, I'm going to have ask you to supplement my income as I'm not getting any work done, how will Provape notify the zillions of Radius owners when a software update is available?
Suggestion: Maybe have people who buy a Radius register with you for important information about their device.
I think this is what Stanley (?) was having an issue with...at least in part. Whoever it was that returned their Radius.Loving the Radius so far! But does anyone else notice a suuuper high pitched whine/buzz while taking a puff? Everything else is working just fine.
1.4 ohm @ 10.8 watts and boost set to 2.
Just wondering if I should be concerned??
P3 updates were listed in the P3 thread, I believe.
HAHAHHAAWell said HB and here is The door........

Mine hasn't made a sound and I'm using several tanks and rdas in a similar range of ohms, mwattages and boost to you.Loving the Radius so far! But does anyone else notice a suuuper high pitched whine/buzz while taking a puff? Everything else is working just fine.

Have you tried a different coil/atty on your Radius? If two different coils/atty's make the same high pitched sound, it bears watching.
Even though you're obviously trolling by now, there is something you should be aware of...
I too have an SXmini, so I can tell you first-hand that it's not even outputting the original 60W, let alone 75W, on a single battery. I got one of those ugly extension tubes, so I can tell you that 60W with two batteries is a LOT stronger than 60W with a single battery, even with a full charge. 75W would be very unsafe, if the SX could actually output that much power from a single battery, which it can't. You too can do the same experiment if you get one of those ugly extension tubes.
At least when ProVape puts out a product, they don't lie to their customers. If they say it will output 40W, it will.

But yes I agree - they already told me my device will go right to the engineers (not to the "fix it" desk). I am very very confident they will figure out what the cause was. "For the greater good!". Hopefully the autopsy goes well. She was my baby for 1.5 days and I'll still miss her the same!
Maybe she'll have life again with one of their employees after its diagnosed and fixed!

Yes indeed they were. But that's kind of my point. Most people in the real world don't camp out on the forum. They buy a wonderful Provari and live their lives, forum free. I'm sure I'll know when an update comes out as I'm not like most people and I do spend A LOT OF TIME here. However, from a marketing perspective, getting people to register their device would provide a good service to those who don't camp out on ECF and maybe, just maybe get people to go to www.provape.com more often.
