Good morning everyone. Hope everyone had a great Halloween. I'm confused about the charging indicator. It seems that no matter how long I charge mine for. The bolt never goes away. I had my radius on charge while I slept last night. A solid 8 hours. I woke up and hit the fire button and bolt was still there. Is mine possibly bugged or is the bolt never supposed to actually go away?

Mine does the same and also at version 18, interested to hear the response you get from Provape.

I'm still hoping they add a feature to use the LED as a charging (RED) / charged (GREEN) indicator

There's nothing wrong with your Radius. I posted this earlier (and I'm also on version 18). Even if you charge your Radius all night, when you first tap the power button the Lightning bolt will still be there. Leave your Radius alone for a couple minutes. Tap the power button again, the lightning bolt will be gone. Either way however, you really have just about as much of a charge as the battery can hold anyway.

I'll vote for the red/green LED indicator too.

Thank your for the update. I'll try that after my next charge

I would like that feature as well. Once I get a response from Provape I'll post it here asap

When you press the button to check the charge state after its fully charged, that single press is causing the lightening bolt to come on again because it uses a small amount of power. This is putting the unit back into trickle charging. It's just a little too sensitive at the moment but it is fully charged at that point.

We will adjust this on the next software update. We also have on the update list to add the Led indicator to the charge state so the button led will light up when charging to indicate the status. This feature will also have a toggle on/off.

:)

Been busy since I was last here!

Nice additions, what about being able to turn the scroll off and be able to cycle through the menu with the + & - buttons? Make good use of the 3 buttons :)

Thanks ... that sounds good to me. Light ON while charging / light OFF when done. IMHO, no need to have a light ON once it's done charging putting a drain on the batt, no matter how little.

This might sound like a dumb question (and I've looked everywhere) but I can't seem to find the software update page on ProVape's website for the Radius, am I missing something?
Yes...
