You put Pop-Tarts into a microwave? I never thought about doing that. I used to eat them cold at work. It was my daily breakfast. Wish I knew this then. Could have had a hot breakfast.

Sometimes I put them in the microwave, but I usually eat them raw. I think it's healthier.

I always tossed them in the toaster. Didn't think there was any other way.

You can put ANYTHING in a microwave, but but some things you shouldn't - young children, small pets, light bulbs (though that's a cool light show), CD's (again, can be cool but doesn't last long), etc.

PS - Pop-Tarts are great cold! I take them camping - no microwave.

It's fine for you tootle toasters, but I need at least 1,000 watts for my Pop-Tarts to be satisfying. If I only had a toaster, I'd be back on little chocolate doughnuts.

The store had some reeces peanut butter poptarts with chocolate icing - these would melt in the toaster instead of crisping.
If'n I unplug the toaster, can I lick it clean?!?

More like microwave snob!

Got to be a snob about sumpin. Having a powerful microwave seems worthy, right?

After they crush and bury any competition they are unable to buy out, perhaps they will re-invent the wheel, re-introducing tanks and refillables after folks get sick of seeing the millions of spent cartos lying around everywhere from the people too lazy to put them in the trash, of course, they have deep enough pockets to push their products through any approval process that the deeming imposes.

They won't need an approval process. They own the FDA. Just a write a check and vamo, instant approval.
