Just my observation. What he *seems* to like now is geared more to advanced vapers & the sub Ω crowd.

Phil reviews many different devices, not just ProVari's. It was his V2 review that got me to buy my first 2.5. He does seem to like TC, but one of his latest reviews is an Innokin Endura. Its a one button, non adjustable "beginners" set up, aimed at the smoker. He did a pretty complete overview on th DNA200. I don't have any desire for anything like that but some people do. I emailed him about a Radius review and his reply was Provape wanted the software firmed up and the Radius out in the publics hands for a bit before they send a review unit. I am sure he will review it when the ProVape people send him one (or two). The companies and vendors that provide review units must see some benefit from sending him a review unit. I have based many of my purchases on his reviews. It beats getting something in the mail, only to find it lacking in some respect and being stuck with it. He seems like a pretty honest guy. I don't always agree with his opinions, but the information provided is invaluable.

That's why people need to vote!

GuideToVaping's Best of 2015 | Guide To Vaping

The "Best of" is meaningless (unless one watches a certain webcast), but currently the leaders are:

Vapor Authority - (618 Votes)8%
Giant Vapes - (604 Votes)8%
Diamond Vapor - (287 Votes)

Who are these vendors (outside of giving products to a certain webcast for giveaways)?

I'm not putting down the show, only that the "Best of" promotion isn't reflective of the vaping world as a whole, since few people know (or care) about it. (BTW, someone nominated me as most Influential Vaper, but I doubt I'll beat Grimm Green. ;))
It's a meaningless poll with a stacked deck...

It's like hosting your own birthday party, then taking a poll of the guests, asking "Who is your favorite person at this party?"

Hi gnees! Pot stirred. And I certainly didn't mean to imply there are no other or better companies than Provape. But when I say no one does customer service better, I'm more referring to in the "Vape World!" If you prefer, I can be more specific next time I make such a bold claim?

Your the man RB!!!!!

Happy Holidays!!!!!

Oh no ... I've been charging my Radius overnight and until the last 3 times the lightening bolt has been 'off' in the morning. Now the lightening bolt is not going away. I'm concerned that the charging circuit might not be shutting off and the batt could potentially get over-charged.

I think this was brought up earlier in the thread but don't remember the 'results' of the discussion. Off to open a case w/ Provape and search the thread for 'lightening bolt'.

I wouldn't get too hung up on the lightning bolt Mike. It's not uncommon to see the bolt when you first push the button after charging all night. The charging system on your Radius goes down to a trickle at the end. The action of pushing the power button could (and does) seem to wake the unit up and if the charge cycle finished hours ago (it does only take about 3 hours to fully charge a Radius), then what you're seeing is the cycling on and off of the charging system.
