I agree, and have nothing but good things to say about Puresmoker.

I recently ordered 4 atomizers for my Penstyle. I ordered them on Friday, got them on Monday. Two of them were DOA so I sent them an email. I got my response yesterday from Joanna. They're sending out new atomizers, and I'm a happy vaper. Thanks Puresmoker.

Glad you did; I've been waiting 2 days for a response. :(

yeah don't sweat it , i waited a week... and even then the only way i got a response was by making a thread in the forum

i'm not sure the method they are using , but some people seems to get a response right away , while other wait days and days....

and no, this wasn't based on money or large quantity, i spent 30 bucks, not 300. so it wasn't preference based on "account" or anything.

my only tip was, i kept it short and sweet, and included the order# in the email topic and a brief description, and used the contact form ON THE PAGE, i didnt try to send a blind email to their address.

i've done that the past few times i've contacted them and had no problems.

I agree. I do this too and I think this helps them tremendously. They don't have to go back trying to find out which order was in question. It's much faster to pull up the order number.
