I wonder how a clear wrap would be on the Glovari? Would it still glow? Was thinking of getting one at some point, not so sure now.
It just has a bit of a rough surface by design. It's kind of a shock when you first handle it because you don't expect it, but, like I said, I don't even notice it now. For $29.99, I wouldn't hesitate.

Wraps are so cool, I find myself wanting to wrap ALL the mods! So far I have steampunk wrapped one Provari 2.5, and did abalone on a Pico, which looks really good. When you are buying things in multiples, it sure does help to be able to tell them apart. I may do something with my multiple Kayfuns, too, for that reason.

Yup! I agree, just hide it behind the chips in the pantry and scared the crap out of my 12 yr old!

I don't particularly like the way they look, and I prefer box mods, but for their reputed reliability, I can't see purchasing anything else at this point (other than some mech mods for the vapocalypse box).

stuck in a squishy pod called my brain
For the newer members, this was one of my first mods after the cigalike, and is not only still viable, build-able for $7, VV, TINY, and almost bullet proof, but it's also adorable and requires NO rechargeable battery. I keep one in EVERY glove box. personal, motorcycles and work. The backup to my back-ups.

I'm glad I'm not the only one. I love that it glows, been playing with but the feel... bought a few wraps for $1
But now I'm worried that the wrap will hurt the finish.

The clear wrap works great on the glovaris, that finish is a bit odd but it does glow bright :) I even bought a matching glow in the dark drip tip and glow in the dark OMG rings for my kabuki tank, it's too fun!

I just looked at provape's website and did not see a clear wrap for the 2.5's. May I ask where you found some.
Thanks
:)
