I dont squonk, I have tried it, and I have no further desire to do so again.

Knowing this, what reason could I possibly have to to go into a Bottom Feeder thread and tell them they are "wrong" for squonking? The only reason I can think of that I would ever do such a thing is if I simply wanted to stir up crap for the sport of it.

You never did answer my earlier question, why are you even participating in this thread?
It's not just this one.He is going into several threads stirring stuff up.That's ok though, when he can't get his nic,i'm sure someone here will gladly sell him some at around a 300% markup haha.

Buy the way, all of your cited stories are about people that had problems with law. Other than using SWAT all was as it should be. Even SWAT was (in my opinion) justified for raid of dilapidated "organic" farm - you never know if you will be met with a gun in a place like this one.
Depends on the "other" problems and the real back story with that. We all see what the media does, look how Vaping is being presented to the general herd.

Nah. The Chinese will keep publishing.

Oh, and I were Evolv, and the FDA regs ended up putting me out of business, the final thing I would do just before I pulled the plug is to publish my source code and board schematics under a GPL-like license. Regulate that, FDA!
Evolve will just move if necessary.

Evolve makes Nothing for an E-cigarette.

They make a Regulation Circuit capable of adapting wattage for various Metals. This is sold As-Is with warranty against Failure if properly used. No 510 inclusion :glare:

And yet their products are only used in ecig power supplies. what the FDA refers to as "batteries".
We will see how they fare.

Yeah, "intended use" is a broad and vague standard, pretty much means anything they want it to mean unless you have the $$ to battle them in court.

Unless they pay the $1+ million extortion to the FDA they'll be shut down. Even if they do I doubt the FDA will even review the application let alone approve it.

Remember, this is the best government money can buy

+1

Some of these tiny hardware and juice manufacturers that think they are going to outsmart the US government by changing their marketing materials and product names/descriptions just make me shake my head.

These folks can think they are geniuses, but a 200W VW/TC "flashlight" from a company that "used to" make vape hardware isn't gonna fly.

I can't disagree except on your way too soon timing.

Just getting an age verification in place in 6 MONTHS is "overwhelming the system" right now. How and How much to tax juice isn't an easy answer (to me). I think it's still a couple years out for them to finalize the Federal taxing of E-Juice. And you can't Tax the Hell out of an industry that you Kill, silly Hoarders.

There is still Plenty of time to buy me a years worth of the excellent economy juice I use today and enough nic for a couple more years before any Big taxes finally hit.
Bruce in Ocala, Fl

Maybe if you live in Ocala, Fl you might be ok in the short term, but for those of us that live in socialist states (I'm in NY) are accustomed to having the rug pulled out from under us.
I couldn't give a hoot about having the latest and greatest, in fact my 'hoarding' purchases are what many would consider to be outdated - mechanical mods and Kayfun tanks.
It's stuff I would have bought anyway, especially the nicotine, I'm just buying it all sooner than I would have.
Thing is, apart from a short term financial burden, I'm not inconveniencing myself by stocking up.
If (as I suspect) bulk nicotine becomes unavailable to regular folk or is heavily taxed, I stand to save myself a LOT of hassle and/or money.
If it doesn't, then it just means I won't have to buy nicotine, which is also good.

It comes down to this: what is the worst possible outcome of being wrong?

If I'm wrong, then the worst possible outcome is that some new technology could come out before August 8th make my current stash obsolete (not unusable mind you, just obsolete).

If you're wrong, you could end up being stuck with cigalikes or paying significantly more for your gear/juice.

Buying everything I need (except PG, VG, wire, cotton) has cost me around $250, and would not go to waste even if the deeming regs completely disappeared.

Cheap insurance indeed.
