which 4 states have enacted this law?Unfortunately yes.
Several States already have these idiot laws.
According to the deeming regulations everything vaping related is clasdified as a tobacco product whether it has tobacco in it or not all ejuice, and anything intended to be used with vaping even nicotine extracted from eggplant.
There was four States with those laws, and a fifth state enacted that law about a week ago. If memory serves Washington classified shippung juice across state lines as a felony.
Folks if you live in these States the time grows short ,5-6 weeks
I get where you're coming from, Truli, I really do. But that's slippery-slope logic.
The "safest" option, being "safe", that is, is not achievable, if they're going to vape. What if they buy an eGo and a CS4? Can that not short? Sure, it's less likely, but it can still happen.
Connecting a high-output battery to a heating coil, in a device that you're going to throw in your pocket or purse or cup-holder is inherently dangerous. I am of the opinion that it is much preferable to explain what the given risk is in any given setup and let the user go into it with eyes open.
A knowledgable coil builder, with a mech of any ilk, is, again, in my opinion, safer than a newb who can't be bothered with research/understanding with a 200w reg box and store-bought coils.
All I was saying is that simple is safe(st), and a direct-to-battery top-cap, if the precautions are followed, is the simplest and most robust option.
Truly, if the concern was that a "new/never used/unknowledgable" user is the subject, why are we even talking to them about a mech in the first place?
Making a solid, safe coil is magnitudes more complex than making sure your positive pin sticks out far enough.
I'm by no means saying that anyone is wrong for not wanting to use a direct-to-battery mech. I get that. I just wanted to state, in the context of the thread, that it was a relatively simple concern to be overcome, when we're already talking about high-amperage battery-powered devices that people carry in their pockets.
A "hybrid" top cap never caused a mod to explode. Lack of awareness did, though.
Help! I haven't been active in the forums for a long time and I don't buy supplies often, as I buy a lot at one time. I have been using Boge 510 LR cartomizers for years on my Reo Grand. I used to get them from Crystal Clear Vaping, but the site is no more. I'm having trouble finding anyone who has them in stock. Are they still made? Are cartos mostly being made for use in tanks now? I'm surprised to see people still fooling with tanks. I would have thought bottom feeders would have taken over by now. But, I'm isolated in my knowledge, like I said, I haven't been on the forums and don't know any other ecig users.
Please give me some suggestions for finding Boge 510 LR cartomizers or a comparable cartomizer. Thanks!

Yesterday I listened to a talk radio segment on the net about Nibiru.
I better head back to Beta Triangula 6 SOON!
Got me where it was. It popped up on youtube with an immenent warning of Nibiru and had pics of the president speaking and Fox news alert, etc on the splash screen. What show was it? I am of the thought there may be a possibilty of a planet Nibiru or something like that. However if there is there is no way it would be heading our way anytime soon.
On a stockpiling point, I saw on on ecigxpress they have 100mg liters of nic for $40.

I listened to it and it was just someone on talk radio going on about Nibiru going to break open the mid Atlantic plate and pretty much wipe us all out. Said China knows about it and NASA is covering it up, etc...
I have checked out about 6 Nibiru vids and all are garbage hype.
One was titled proof from NASA, etc all it was was NASA speculating that planets might exist beyond the orbit of Pluto.
Yeah now they say August. It will soon again be an October song they are singing.Oh geez. Yeah it is all crazy hype.If anyone were covering it up, what about the amateur astronomers out there. Surely they would see if nibiru was heading this way. NASA did say they think there may be a big planet beyond Pluto because of how planets, etc are reacting and that id how they found a planet or two before. I forget which ones. But they have yet to see anything. All these crazy claims about it coming here and soon discredit the true research. Last year they swore it was going to pass by in September or October. We saw how that worked out for them.
I like the way this RTA looks. And the high praise. And the price. I'm teetering on adding yet another item or 3 to my cart(s).Gotta agree it's a great RTA, I have several myself, I use them as is although I would like a it to be a bit less airy so I think I will try reducing the air intake too.
You are just vaping ultra light.I've been vaping unflavored all day. I'm surprised it actually tastes flavored. I had rewicked beforehand and also have gone through a couple tanks so I don't think it is leftover flavor from before. It tastes sweet. I know vg is sweet, but I didn't realise how much until now.
New York State does not have a law that will make shipping here illegal as of 8/8/16. Our law written in 2000 and upheld by the court in 2003 is for "cigarettes" and will need to be amended before "tobacco product" are included. And yes, I do expect that at some point in the future they will change it, but we are ok 8/8/16.

I saw replacement glass on Fasttech, but do they have replacement O-rings available?
with correct parts, Quasi-hybrid is no problem. I have 3 Nemesis and never a worry.I measured the pin protrusion on 6 of my authentic STM bases with authentic RBA's installed.
They measured between .010 to .015 inches.....
All I am saying on this.
Burbank is my hometown, lots of fam and friends there. This is true, it is illegal. There was an attempt to regulate vaping and Govenor Swarzenegger vetoed it.
The shipping ejuice cross state lines was on thd radio that the current Govenor signed it into law recently. I was listening to 104.1 KQTH in Tucson.
The same station also reported that vaping in public places in Burbank was illegal.

I pretty much had to that on a low pro rda i have. They are made for thick heavy wire, like 22-24 gauge, but i was using 26 and 28 gauge,so i had to make twisted legs to get it thick enough for the screws to hold it down. That or fold the wire back on itself![]()
I wouldnt be caught dead with a hybrid mech.Mine are just about the thickness of a business card proud. Not enough for me. Drop it and dent in the top of the battery just slightly and there will be a violent hissy fit. Or just tighten things up a bit too tight one too many times.
Do what you want but I will never recommend a STM on a hybrid style topcap mech.
and you will never convince me that it is safe to do so.
I vape mostly STM's btw.
All my mechs have 510 center pins and I vape my STM's on them.
