Yeah... If you are Running Wide Open on your STM, the Wine rta would probably/most likely Not have enough Air Flow for you.

It could be Drilled Out. But with so Many other choices out there, it would seem like kinda a Pain to do so. Unless you Like to do Stuff like that.
The Nebula Wine had more than enough airflow for me. Easily 2-3 times the airflow of my kayfun Monster.

There are some females in our group. Some of you might appreciate the mod I did or my girlfriend. Mine was too industrial (not really), she wanted something more girly. So be it................. Anyway, that was only my 2nd mod, it demonstrates how many of you could do this if you put your mind to it.

I take it you don't own any semiautomatic rifles then?
Cuomo is a crook who signs stuff into law in the middle of the night.

If NYS thinks they can either make a buck or stand to lose a buck, they will close any 'loophole' they want, and it may happen very abruptly and without any warning.

For the children, of course.

Don't really think it matters if I own any semi automatic rifles or not. I'll save my gun control opinion for another forum.

There's been a lot of misinformation wandering around ECF about which states current laws will make ordering via the internet illegal on 8/8/16. There is no current NYS law that would prohibit us from ordering our vaping supplies via the internet on 8/8/16. People need to stop saying there is UNLESS something were to change between now and then.

Future changes to our current law is an entirely different subject. Our legislative session ended early Saturday morning. There's always the possibility of an emergency session of the legislature being called between now and 8/8/16 to tackle the issue but IMHO if it were on the top of Cuomo's list it would have been dealt with before the session was closed Saturday morning. That's just my opinion.

Going forward to the next legislative session I fully expect to see internet restrictions and high taxation from NYS being enacted. IMHO Building a stash now makes a lot of sense. Again, just my opiniion.

I admit I have not been able to find any concrete evidence that WA state will ban online sales 8/8/16. What I did find is this:
2016 Legislative Agenda | Washington State

To increase youth prevention and consumer safety, HB 1645 / SB 5573 will:

  • Prohibit the sale of e-cigarettes and vapor products without a license, and allow the Liquor and Cannabis Board to issue fines to stores caught selling e-cigarettes to minors;
  • Require school districts to prohibit use of e-cigarettes on school property, including school buses and other school vehicles;
  • Restrict the sale of e-cigarettes over the internet or in unsecured displays;
  • Require listing of ingredients and warning labels on the packaging of vapor products;
  • Require child-resistant packaging for all e-cigarettes.
-- which does not remotely address *banning* online sales; and this: Ban on Internet and Mail-Order Tobacco Sales | Washington State

--which only seems to address tobacco itself, not e-cigs.

But I am so confused because if the FDA classifies e-cigs as tobacco, what does that mean regarding the above?

I have no problem being wrong; I am actually quite good at being wrong. And this whole comment of mine is probably better suited for the main FDA Regs megathread.

The last thing I want to do is perpetuate the spread of misinformation.

This is his first video ever so some slack needs to be cut but I've had no wicking issues @ 72W-75W since switching my method to his. I've been using his wicking method on my V1 & V2 but haven't tried it on my Supreme or Boreas yet.

Thanks for the video Mowgli! I'm going to give that a try next time I clean an Aromamizer :)

Many states have laws banning internet purchases of "tobacco" and "tobacco products", however, the legal definition of tobacco and tobacco products included (covered) under their law is often very narrow/specific such as; products containing ground, shredded and or whole leaf tobacco including cigars, cigarettes, pipe tobacco, roll-your-own tobacco, snuff or chewing tobacco. In such cases states will need to amend/modify the "definition" of what tobacco products are covered under their law before e-liquids would be legally included.

FDA deemed vaping as Tobacco, so as of Aug 8th with it being classified as Tobacco it falls under State Tobacco laws.

This really depends on how individual state laws define tobacco products. If they have their own definitions, then they would need to be revised first. I do not think very many of them just reference the FedGov's definitions.

Here's WA's definition of tobacco product under RCW 82.26.010 which is referenced within Bill HCW 09.

(21) "Tobacco products" means cigars, cheroots, stogies, periques, granulated, plug cut, crimp cut, ready rubbed, and other smoking tobacco, snuff, snuff flour, cavendish, plug and twist tobacco, fine-cut and other chewing tobaccos, shorts, refuse scraps, clippings, cuttings and sweepings of tobacco, and other kinds and forms of tobacco, prepared in such manner as to be suitable for chewing or smoking in a pipe or otherwise, or both for chewing and smoking, and any other product, regardless of form, that contains tobacco and is intended for human consumption or placement in the oral or nasal cavity or absorption into the human body by any other means, but does not include cigarettes as defined in RCW 82.24.010.

Tell that to all the Medical ......... dispensaries raided by the Feds. And if you don't think that'll happen with vaping you're fooling yourself ;)

I think those businesses will be OK in states that have passed laws allowing them. We just moved our daughter's family to Denver last week, and it seems to be business as usual there. Unfortunately, the ecig perception is much worse at this time and states are being much more punitive about them. Pretty damn ironic.

Nice looking tank, saved this post for future reference :thumbs:

This thread got me to try out them Fasstek Kayfun v3 mini's for 12$, it immediately became my new go to daily driver. I can't believe how much the manufacturing of these clones has improved in the last year or so. I ordered a few more as backups for down the road.

smoke and mirrors. The powers that be want us looking the other way as they go about their business of finding more ways to spy on and control us!!!!!!! One thing finally starts to get legalized and now something else is being turned into an illegal substance. :facepalm:
