and here is where I start.....

Looks like a great start, just a word of warning though. That ripe banana is a tank cracker,so don't use it in a plastic tank, and i would suggest using a pipette when measuring it out.The first time i used that flavor,i was drawing it up in a syringe, and almost knocked the bottle over because as soon as that flavor hit the rubber stopper in the syringe,it locked it up almost instantly.

IPV6 is my downfall. Showed it to my wife as I ranted it may not be available in time to beat FDA deadline:grr: I don't want to pre-order something I may not receive nor do I actually have an honest excuse to purchase it.............But Damn, I want it.:w00t::w00t::w00t:
IPV6 is supposed to be out June 6th but I am betting closer to July. Specs are the same as the IPV5 but I'm not sure about the chip. They are rushing it out back to back with the IPV400. I want one but I won't preorder it, I'll just wait for it to get on the shelves.

Well I reckon I will join in the conversation FWIW. :)

I've bought and given away more stuff than anyone would ever need (I know I'm in good company here) BUT I do not regret any of what I've given away because I know it's helped a lot of people quit smoking.

That being said, I've already been in possession of and still possess at least a baker's dozen RDAs. Four REOS Mods, replacement glass and other parts for RTAs, ordered a few mods off fasttech, unused and in boxes, one regular tube mech (LAST RESORT).

As for the liquid, I've got enough nic for me for a long time. I probably only need nic for psychological reasons at this point anyway. VG and PG and flavorings, wire, cotton, batteries don't concern me.

The part of this thread that intrigues me (And I cannot account for the accuracy) is when someone commented that before the freeze there will be a rush of people wanting to stockpile? Is anyone anticipating a shortage of goods?

Thank you!

One issue it that with vaping products becoming tobacco products on 8-8 buying/selling online tobacco products online is prohibited in several states.
Also many vendors will have to get state tobacco licensees.

Well I need to see if online prohibition includes my state, then. Thank you!

The ones I know of are OR, AR,Ohio, NY, and Maryland.
WA maybe.... It is if you live in or are buying from a prohibited state.
CC companies will deny your transaction.

edit: And I think Conn.

Are you saying as on NOW? I have no problem with online purchases thus far.

Not now but technically after 8-8.

Maryland OTP Definition:
(1)
OTP
is defined as “any cigar or roll for smoking, other
than a cigarette, made in whole or in part
of tobacco; or any other tobacco or product made primarily
from tobacco, other than a cigarette, that is intended
for consumption by smoking or chewing or as snuff.”

Yeah some finagling of laws will happen.
I think some just say tobacco products though.
Then the state taxes....
Tax stamps on our ejuice bottles?

edit.
I have yet to find a good site that lists the state laws on online purchasing of tobacco products. Found one with the last date of 2006 I think it was.

A LOT of us did and chose to prepare.
I agree.I started vaping a little over 2 years ago,and this situation was being talked about back then,so i have been stocking up slowly over the last 2 years, and will continue to do so as long as i can.

Thats the way to do it. But if buying nic and eJuice online is prohibited on 8/8/2016. This may be their LAST CHANCE to prep

That isn't how it works. Manufactures has two years from 8/8/2016 to fill out the needed paperwork. After two years and no paperwork, then they must stop selling. That is according to Dimitris Agrafiotis (Busardo's buddy).

I would expect before any shops are Shut Down or any Full State loses the right to have vape mail shipped to it, Halo will ask for an injunction to prevent that from happening until their court case is decided. A single Federal agency with a single edict does not have the right to kill an entire industry or deprive an entire state or country of a formally legal product. Not gonna happen.

And if HR 2058 and/or the Cole-Bishop amendment gets passed before 8/8, the problem goes away kinda.

Sorry but you're wrong.

I said SOME States with their new regulations online sales will be prohibited on 8/8/2016.

I am NOT talking about the FDA deeming regulations. I am talking about individual state regulations.

If you want to prep and you live in one of these States ruled by idiots you may only have 2 1/2 months to prep and not the 2 1/2-3 years you think you have.

Did you know that she with the new regulations in New Jersey only three flavors of ejuice will be allowed to be sold.

Either prep or i hope you like tobacco, menthol or clove.

I have heard the Cole Bishop ammendment may need to be certified every year.

Either one would adjust the grandfather date from 2007 to 2015. This will make it much easier to get new prodycts aporoved because they could be compare to devices that were already grandfather in.
