Did you know that she with the new regulations in New Jersey only three flavors of ejuice will be allowed to be sold.

Yeah, this is the state who didn't think their citizens were smart enough to put gas into their own cars...

Replacement glass for all. Plan on another liter of nic. Plenty of mechanical mods and such. I'm set. Plus the blackmarket will boom.

NO Sir. Moving is not the answer.

The solution is for the people sick and tried of these little tin plated dictators to rise up and vote tge bums out!

Once you have common sense leaders reduce the number of Bureaucrats.

I had hoped the people would keep it going after the 2010 elections. But the people apparently went back to sleep.

The few nice places in Jersey away from the cities are hellaexpensive and overtaxed.

I would seriously consider another country if I HAD to otherwise live in the NE US.

Been there, done that, got the hell out first chance that came along.

I would expect before any shops are Shut Down or any Full State loses the right to have vape mail shipped to it, Halo will ask for an injunction to prevent that from happening until their court case is decided. A single Federal agency with a single edict does not have the right to kill an entire industry or deprive an entire state or country of a formally legal product. Not gonna happen.

And if HR 2058 and/or the Cole-Bishop amendment gets passed before 8/8, the problem goes away kinda.

That request is already in their filing

My FT order finally shipped. It's mostly rta's, parts, and some pico's. I'm not sure how far I will go before August. Probably just get a dozen kayfuns and 10 of each part along with a 8 or so reg mods with removable 18650's.

Nic is obviously the biggest threat so I'm going to add a gallon to the freezer soon. That + what I already have on hand will last myself and 3 other people over a decade.

Even if my state cracks down on online ordering I kinda doubt the slow mail from China will be cut off. Even if it is then I'll still be able to get stuff from B&Ms. I have a hunch that smart B&Ms will do custom orders at a fair price. Group style orders not just a piece here and there. Im a good negotiator. I'll find a smart and reasonable owner to agree on a fair markup of a large order.

I could easily see B&Ms who don't want to deal with the manufacturer regs this summer easily move a lot of hardware if online sales become difficult. A good business model over the next couple years honestly without dealing with mixing and twisting.

The one thing I'm trying hard not to do is buy a bunch of stuff I really don't need. I'm a simple MTL vaper. Kayfuns would keep me happy basically forever. As well as the 3 people I mix for.

When my sister received her Masters degree in Mathematics; i literally BEGGED her to accept a job teaching Math in Asia just to get both of us the heck out of the US.

The US Govt. Gets more and more tyranical every day.

My sister can do Calculus and other sophisticated Math in her head.

She is very much like the Dustin Hoffman chsracter in the Tom Cruise movie "Rain Man"

Math is tge one snd only thing she is great at and barely able to take care of herself.

If i didn't need to take care of her i would have relocated to the Philippines, or Thailand almost 20 years ago.

I don't see flavors being restricted with the right disclaimer. They are used in food. Same with wire, they have other uses unrelated to vaping.
I don't even think most would really need a disclaimer.Places like Tfa and Capella were both around before vaping started, and neither are made or marketed for vaping by the manufacturer.Tfa has long said that their flavors are intended for food use only. They do have a few that may fall under issues which would be any of the ones that are tobacco type flavors, but stuff like strawberry, peanut butter, etc. are all used in basic food stuff.I will stock up on ry4 double, since it is based on tobacco, but i have no concerns at all about any other flavor being unavailable.
Same with wire and batteries, they were both around long before vaping was ever a thought,so there should be no issue ever getting those either.Just have to get the stuff from someone not marketing them as a vapor product, instead of lightning vapes, you would have to get the wire from somewhere like Temco,i see no issues there.

Low wattage stockpiling here. Things I always wanted to try out, from the Mr E-Liquid clearance event last week:
3 EHPRO KFL+ (in case I ever get the urge to try one)
3 RSST Pyrex (braided silica might be fun)
2 EHPRO Atomic RDA (19mm and looks great on a ProVari 2.5)
2 Efest 18500 Flat tops (because they were a buck and you can never have too many)

I'm very happy with the setup I use now, but in the event things become tight, I might wish for some different vape options for fun. If it weren't for the FDA, I might have not spent that $28.08, but what the hell, it's only money!

I don't expect it will be very difficult to get a Chinese flavoring shipped in under the radar in the future. It may not be as readily available in the states, but veteran vapers should have little problem.
Sure, if you don't mind lead, arsenic, acetone, etc. in your vape.

Personally, and I DIY - this is not an acceptable ultimate solution.

Support Advocacy - Litigation - Cole/Bishop Amendment

To be fair, Hangsen is the single largest tobacco concentrate manufacturer in the world with probably the most high tech production and RnD facility in the industry. I trust their products more than just about anybody's. And if I can't get those specific flavor concentrates it would be a pretty terrible set of circumstances for me.
