On What Date Will E-liquid Suppliers Shut Down?

Simple question (I think): What is the date whenever whatever regulation will go into effect that will force most of the e-liquid suppliers to shut down?

I wanna stock up shortly before that date (before I am finally forced to start learning how to make my own juice).

Hopefully never, as far as the DEEMING! I think it just got pushed back 3 months so November 2018 I think.

I would at least get some nicotine in the freezer. Even if you don't use it for a couple years, you'll at least have it. It's cheap enough now, but that could change anytime or be cut off completely. We just don't know what's going to happen.

I would get the DIY stuff now ... nicotine base might be hard to find without much warning one day.

It might even be later as they had the 6 month extension on registration and now another 3 months. If companies are required to complete a PMTA within 24 months, it would not make sense to reduce that by 9 months, so the rational thing to do would be to extend that deadline by 9 months as well. Then again, it's the FDA, so reason will likely have nothing to do with it.
