Serenity Gear provari regular length sleeve works well on the orion. There is a round hole on the other side of the sleeve as well.

You can fill through the wick with a syringe. Haven't run duals in a while here... mostly because you really need a second air hole to get the most benefit.
I ordered two 510 caps from bog rat. One of which I was going to drill dual holes. My wicks are 70mm and take up the entire hole. Guess my only option is to drill a new hole or make smaller straw like wicks; if I wanted to experiment still.
Nosmoker just posted yesterday @ vaporwall that he is expecting switches in mid-november and will ship shortly after that!!!
I finally received the 28awg kanthal, made a quick wrap on the existing 400 mesh and it is a wildly improved vape! Thanks again for the input

Darn! I'm so close to getting those caps! 
So today I have a 1.0 ohm 4/5 wrap of 28 KA-1 on a #500 50mm*33mm wick. I used the drill bit method to install the coil first then dropped the wick in. WOW!!!!! I almost don't see the point of using 70mm of #500 when 50mm works just the same.
Also, might I note, that when making the wick and coil in this fashion I'm able to just pull the wick right out whenever I want. This is a great work around for running two wicks and refilling the tank.
As well, my airhole is aligned with my wick; and while using a ONE wick setup, I did some experimenting by turning the cap and lining the airhole up in different directions, such as 90º or 180º to the wick hole. Vapor production was reduced a little, but flavor and throat hit was increased greatly. So my thought is, when running a dual wick setup with one airhole, you should get massive amounts of vapor from the wick with the airhole while getting well increased amounts of flavor and TH from the wick without an airhole. I'm going to try this tonight.
Now, if I understand correctly, if I have a 1 ohm coil on each side (two 1 ohm coils) that would be a total of 0.5 ohm resistance, correct? Or would it be 2.0 ohm?

I vape alot of dark VG juice mainly bobas and notices my wick/coil get super gunked up, i know alittle build up is good, but just wondering how often you should clean your coil? After 2-3 tank i can barley see my coil its completey covered.
All paid for packages have been posted, if your payment was before 2 pm uk time it went yesterday, as for cleaning the wick if you're using the Peter k method just slip the wick out, burn the coil and scrape the wick and pop it back, if it's getting weak vapour and a funky burnt taste you've left it too long, I've also been known to blast it clean in situ with a chefs torch but be careful not to melt the centre post insulator
Vapes like a freight train! Is it practical in comparison to just using one wick? Not really. But it was fun doing it!! I can't imagine having two holes (patiently waiting for my caps from Dik), the vapor would just be asphyxiating.

I can sort that, but check if you have any metal finishers in your area, simple job for them
Yea the few I found are closed till monday, so wont be able to inquire about it till then, I was relying on a Vendor on ECF that does refinishing, but they are not taking on anymore jobs due to having so many to finish up.
