Or, you could just order what I posted above and have them well before Friday. I just ordered drill bits from them for my caps from Bog Rat and I had them two days later. Its a damn good company to do business with.

Hey guys just a question, I have my orion for a while now but I think I still haven't found the perfect setup. 2 or 3 days after I do my coil, the flavour begin to mute, and it goes worse day after day. For now I keep my mesh for about a month and I have to change my coil every week if I want it to have good flavour. Here's how I do:
each week I take out my setup and burn the mesh with a lighter. I redo my coil twisted with the one nosmoker provided (34? 36?), 3/4 turn. I'm using 400 mesh.
Any idea?

Use 28awg Kanthal A-1. Try a 6/7 wrap of that on 50-70mm of #500. Or even try it on your #400.
Twisted 36awg is the same as a single 30awg.
Twisted 34awg is the same as a single 28awg.
Twisted 32awg is the same as a single 26awg.

....... ME!! So I just got my second Orion in the mail today, and decided I was gonna go to the workshop and give it a polish, well needless to say due to a careless accident I ruined the 18650 tube to the poiny its no long usable:banging head aganst wall: so is there any way to get a replacement tube or am I just SOL?

That...really...sucks. I'm guessing the polish wheel just slung the tube right out of your hands and into the wall or you polished the threads right off.
Maybe paying for a $200 polish job is worth it for you...lol...sorry, couldn't help it, I saw your post in the polished Zen standard classified.
No i had the tube in the vise and i wrapped the threads with a thick cloth to protect the threads, well my son was out there with me and i turned my back for one minute and he was cranking down on the vise crushing the tube. I cant be but so mad because he didnt know any better but still made me upset. I PMed nosmoker and am waiting for his reply to see if he will sell me another 18650 tube. I hope he will!
Yea it does suck, i mean I usually only use it in 18350 mode, but still just one of those things. I thought I read somewhere that Les doesnt offer replacement parts but hoping he will help me out, still waiting for him to respond to my PM

yea both pailpoe and nosmoker take PP, and I think they are 5 hrs ahead of EST, so 731 PM I think!
Ahhh....what a relief, Nosmoker finally answered my PM and said that he doesn't offer replacement parts, BUT it's my lucky day because he said he had an extra one that he is going to send to me 
now I just have to wait till it gets here.

IDK? just usually he doesn't offer them, I mean you can get switches and tanks but its not very common to screw up the main part of the PV like I did
Well Les is a good guy and I don't think he would shun anyone away if you were to loose a tube, but I think he says "no replacement" so people don't go and modify their top caps and then decide they don't like it and then want a new one.
