I ordered these in a brushed finish they match my Orion perfect. The threads and fit is spot on.

That 18500 tube looks great; I should have got it when I had the chance; I rarely use the 18650 because it a little too long

I think this is:

4/3 wraps of 28 gauge (i hope) kanthal a 1 on about 60mm of tight rolled 500 mesh

100 % VG Boba's

not 100% about the wire gauge, maybe 30...gotta ask the guy who ran the coop, ordered too damn many different wire gauges in the past months

Hi i tried taking out my switch to see if there were any leaking or how the switch looked like as this was what i found... Please tell me is it time for me to search for a switch? And also in the process i cracked one tank. Does anyone knows where i could get the switch and tank for the orion? The tank is too fragile. The switch sure does not look to be in a good condition.

pm sent, selling a few glass tanks on vape pit, still some left. for switches contact pailpoe on vapor wall, he makes the switches for the orions...

Im worried though.. I ordered 5 sets of 32 guage wire and only 1 set of 28 guage and just got it in the mail. The reason i got so much of the 32 awg is because i thought the 28 was going to be too harsh on my orion? I mean i thought i would get too low ohms and i read somewhere that is not good on the orion.

Im a vapor guy and im afraid of getting mediocre vapor with the 32 awg... :S

I did order 500 mesh though so im good as far as mesh goes i think. I vape Bobas and Pluid only.

I run 32 awg kanthal twisted 4/3 on my orion and get about 1.5 ohm.
it works really well.

Don't panic! You can get as much vapor out of 32 or 28, there are other variables and not just wire gauge to get tons of vapor. Now rocking twisted 34gauge 1.3ohm on my Orion.

safest way to remove the glass tank? I already cracked one i had and am using the last piece with me . Now i'm really worried that i might crack this too . Just a little pressure when inseriting the tank cracked it. Now i want to change flavours and even scared to remove them... any help or ideas guy? Thanks

lube the orings and when putting the tank on: twist, turn and press slowly
while removing: twist, turn and pull slowly

Hi what do i lube the orings with? The juice i use? Maybe that's the reason why it cracked so easily... i'm even afraid to take out the tank now lol

yes juice, pg or vg, all is fine

and if you only have one tank and don't want to risk it, just leave it on. Squirt water in there to clean it out once in a while.
