i am thinking of using a 1/16 drill bit to expend the hole ... but can someone tell me if i would lose flavor or throat hit? and will the draw be more airy?

i drilled mine and its awesome! Yes the draw is a bit more airy but I do direct2lung so doesnt really matter to me.

I didnt loose much flavor while getting tons of vapor

I remember seeing a genesis type atty that has a juice well on the rebuildable part, can't remember what atty though. It would be nice if this was also done on the V3. Juice from excess vapor condensation can just pool in the well and get absorbed back to the wick or go back to the tank through the fill hole and not seep through the topcap threads.

I've been waiting for almost 2months for vaperwall to let me sign on after registering. Anywhere else to get parts, such as tanks?
BTW: bk78- the Orion is awesome- Thanks man!

Lol. I'm glad you like it man. Contact Kathy at bedazzle here on ecf. She has tanks for you. The size you need for that one is 20mm I measured it before. $10 she charges. And contact emonty here on ecf as well he helped me out on vaporwall.

Kathy's FQ tanks are the best. I currently have a 18.75mm +/- tank on mine. Stock cap air hole hits right in the middle of the wick. The tank seats perfectly on the top oring.

I had ordered one 18mm (far too short), one 19mm (what I sanded down to custom fit) and a one 20mm (didn't use it) tank a month ago or so to see how low I could get a tank on the Orion to lower the stock cap. I ended up using the 19mm one and wet sanding about .25mm +/- off of it to line my air hole up. I was using a slightly sanded 21mm FQ tank (probably around 20.75mm). So I lowered my air hole 2mm roughly.

See how far the tank was above the oring in this picture.

And how even the tank is in this picture.

I'll run my Orion dry tonight and take a picture with each tank on there.

Was it the Vaporwerks "Stratus"? I have one and it does have kind of a juice well that directs the juice back into the tank. It is the best atty!
