@Foggy Road and @ChelsB - If you've both been trying the OSDIY OSF and OSB at really low %...that might be why you're not tasting much when your eliquids are made. Kimberly said that 10% is the recommended usual average % for each of them. Has turned out to be true for me, since I've found I like as little as 8% for some and as much as 12% for others.

The only one so far that I use at less than 8% is the Pink Lemonade, which I like at between 5-7%. It varies in different tanks, too! What's enough in a PT2 Mini, for some reason isn't enough in a GS-Air 2 in my iStick Basic, or in a TopTank Nano. First one of the OSDIY flavorings I found that to happen with, too.

Maybe try bumping up your % and see if that helps you taste it better, too? Maybe try it in different tanks, too, to see if you get something happening like I do with the PL above?

Appreciate your input JC, but I started @ 13% with all my OSDIY flavors. At some point I just decided 3% should be enuf for almost any flavors. Conservation I guess? Haven't really noticed any changes other than simply less 'powerful' flavor.
I think I mentioned earlier in this thread that I read somewhere that some folks simply have issue with detecting berry flavorings. I'm convinced this my case. The only OSDIY flavors I have any issue with are both berries. I just need to 'jack up' the berries a tad to taste them to my satisfaction. Next order I might pickup a little bottle of TFA Strawberry Ripe.
I'm really just beginning to get adventurous with my DIY. I enjoy the Old Tyme Root Beer. Don't have any creams in my stash yet but do have Dulce De Leche. Gonna use that to see if I can get something Root Beer Floatish. Tossed some LA Peach in my road kit to add to the Sweet Southern Tea one day. Raspberry might mix well with SST also. Just playin around with stuff here.

Ah, the can't taste berries problem. Gotcha!

In case you want to save alittle on maybe some TFA Strawberry Ripe and/or some creams, I got an email today about OSDIY's newest sale going on now. Save 15% using code JFK from now until March 13th.

You're welcome!
Subject of the email was "Party Time". Said, "The mice will play while the cat's away. Sale is good until March 13th when Kimberly comes back."

So I guess the rest of the family is having fun while she's out of town! :D

Now I feel left out. I'm on the e-mail list and have placed orders, but never got an e-mail.
Not in the spam folder. :(
That's no good.:(

You might want to check your account info or send them an email. I received mine today too.

I've been flipping back and forth between lightly flavored and unflavored the past few days. Sometimes, I just get tired of flavors and need to reset my palate. When that happens I vape unflavored or mix a squirt of a tobacco flavor with unflavored in a tank for a mild hint of flavor.

I made up some Strawberry Milk at 10% as a standalone. Actually quite nice. Strawberry is about the only fruit I really like in a juice.

I found it a bit weak and went to 12% and still had to supplement it with TFA strawberry ripe at about 4%

I did get the 15% JFK e-mail:) But sadly not needing anything at the moment it may go to waste for me.:(

It goes to show how different folks are with their taste buds. I made a Strawberry custard type juice and 6% of Strawberry Ripe feels quite strong. I imagine that OSDIY with an extra 4% of Strawberry Ripe added would be very strawberryish to me. The great thing about all these flavorings is how we can all find a recipe that truly suits us.

I am in the position of not needing anything else at the moment, but still feel rejected for not getting the email.:)

Ah, but see...it's good for another 10 days yet! Someone may post a recipe that uses a flavoring you might not have, or you may run out of something and need more in those 10 days.

So there's still time to "find" a reason to take advantage of the sale. At least it's usually worked that way for me anyway. :)

@ChelsB - Now you've gone and done it! You changed your avatar, and it won't be so easy to notice when you've started a thread. Got used to checking for your other one when scrolling through new ones posted.

It's a pretty avatar though. Kind of reminds me of my sort of hippie, black-light-posters-all-over-the-dorm-room-walls days, in college years ago. :D

I remember weekends in the late 60s / early 70s when my band played for fraternity parties. The fraternity would put us up in the frat house or the dorm for the night when we were a long drive away from home. It was definitely an experience. People were sacked out all over the floor.

I decided a change was in order. This is what I'll be using from now on
