Our options after FDA "deeming" regulations.

I've been wondering about this for awhile.
If the FDA regulations turn out to be as restrictive as we fear, do we have any legal recourse?
Could their restrictions be blocked by the courts as they were in 2009?

I'm sure a court battle will become a reality if the regulations are too hard.
What burns my @55 is that since cigarettes are so bad and the gov't wants to protect us all where is the law that prevents anyone born after 2000 can not legally ever buy cigarettes ???

Because the government stands to lose gazillions in cigarette tax money, it all comes down to money and the government loves to spend it a lot faster than it can take it in!
