You are correct, i think. I just ordered another device that has that option, along w serial #s and I was mixing the 2 up.
Never was an option for engraved names guys. Just a chance to pick our #'s.

I was thinking of when we ordered our 1st Penny we had to put our username in on the comments sections of the COV checkout, so they could match up who was who.
But that would of been cool, and it would of kept the devices off the classys. It also would of been a whole lot more work.

i misunderstood when i ordered 2 Penelope's (my own fault) i thought that if you ordered a penelope you would be given preference over purchasing a non specific serial #proteus
. i was mistaken and the list was closed by the time i figured it out, again no ones fault but my own.
there will be (from what i remember) 300 extra available after the list is fulfilled. i would love it if those extra 300 could be preorderd/advance ordered like whats happening with the ggts and ufs units on COV.com
it would save a bunch of stalking and luck when they become available.
we will see if the maker can figure out a way to make it work
BTW i will pay in advance for ANYTHING Imeo makes, his quality, reputation and customer service philosophy is un presidented.

I understand that you will send the majority to your re-sellers, I won't mind buying from them either and would pay in advance.
It's just better to be in a position where we know we'd definitely be getting one instead of looks everywhere like headless chickens

So I murdered my only Penelope ceramic today
Is there something I'm doing wrong on assembly that makes the ceramic section so impossible to separate from the base? I've read through and know not to tighten it too much and haven't been. I had to use 2 sets of pliers and the ceramic cracked long before I got the pieces separated.. I'm rather frustrated with it. Never had this Happen with Ody on either base. Is the oring too big under the cup?
Now my poor Penelope is out of service lol. Sorry about the vent lol, I was hoping to use it away this weekend.

Are you using vaseline on the bottom oring? I have extra ceramics if you want to pay for shipping. PM me if interested.
My Ody is on top of my ggts with the ggts/ody base.. The penny's were bought for use on the protus so they sit till they meet the match Imeo has for them.. I'm sure they would work well on the provari but the gg gods would look down on me for it..
