I was gonna come on here and brag about changing the toilet paper roll without being asked. But, I think, divemedic has me beat. That is awesome!!

Not to distract from the glorious moment; but I wanted to share the little game my wife and daughter were playing on their road trip btwn GA and FL. (observational, not causal)
I especially like the "gray misc." and "brown misc." categorization .. . . .
. . . . and the fact that there were no hedgehogs or porcupines!

i saw 2 vapers in the wild today, at the garage i take my car to - the usual vision spinner affair with protanks. I know one of them anyway, but i see his boss has taken to using one too hung around his neck!
"Oh - THAT GUY has a setup!" and ofc i do. Didn't get me a discount however and so i still had to bimble into work for a few hours. Not my lucky day i suppose.
I bought some CA polish for the Dibi and got it yesterday - i find if i strip the Dibi and spin it on one of my fingers i can get a decent coating on it. It's not bad, but i am considering polyurethane as well, since i just happen to have a pot of it by my desk (who doesn't?).
Proper cleaning of it today, since i resolved to do nothing more than sit on my harris and drink beer for the rest of the day. HRH is delighted. The top and bottom are soaking in a bowl of warm water with a bit of detergent added. I'll use hers while i wait

you didn't read the bit about detergent being alkaline . . .. and how that turns aluminum dark, dirty gray?

Proper cleaning....polyurethane...warm water with a bit of detergent added....HRUMPH! I'm resolved to let my OliveR's get a good and proper patina. However, a few months and a chit ton of use but no noticeable patina on the stabilized buckeye twins. No matter, they are still hitting like freight trains.
nope - since i have been washing my Reos in it since forever! Maybe i have the kind that's soft to hands,Dibis and dishes.
i imagine the back of some sandpaper will do the trick - or is that just a tactic to scare it? i mean - who wipes a mod with the paper side of sandpaper? Use a kitchen towel!
I do know that detergent in my eyes makes me blink a great deal when i drive, but that is when i confused lens solution for detergent. i once confused spermicide for toothpaste and i never grew any new teeth, so it works. Except i have 10 kids.

Just curious... is the 10 kids the result of the detergent in your eyes, or using the spermicide for toothpaste instead of following label directions?
Which also brings up the question, if you use rogaine for toothpaste, will you get new teeth?
my wife ended up using toothpaste! But it was minty sensodyne so my teeth were ok too!
As for hair loss, i put it down to an advancing forehead rather than a receding hairline. I was once asked why i was bald and so i told him "cos i spent too much time standing on my head so guys like you could kiss my A"
I'm not sure Rogaine is any good - i might as well use the crap side of sandpaper, but since i am lethally good looking anyway, i just stay as i am!
Oh - i also have a secret weapon, an English accent, which is known to snap knicker elastic faster than red wine!
