Here's a new inventory listing for torched copper AFC. A reminder that these are not clearcoated, they just is. (and the price reflects that @ $10.95)

This is what I have remaining from the first batch (#ing and L↔R order preserved)

Transferring block size for Lil Squirt:

"I think I'll be starting new threads fairly soon. For now, 1 x 1.7 3.5".

I could take ~1/8" off the bottom/base of this design. As it stands, there's ~ 1/4" of solid would (often, this will be end grain, and that's pertinent) under the battery tube, and a whopping 3/8" under the squonk bottle. I like that much beef down there (especially in the squonk-ho nethers). It will certainly go a long way to adding strength. The default layout yields a mod of the height we're all used to. Were someone to be, say, small of hand, and were that person to select a wood that is quite strong (and not linear in it's grainflow), they could ask to lose the 1/8" of beef from the bottom (before I start shaping!) So, then, that would be 1 x 1.7 x 3.375"."

OK, but that's not the block size. That'd be your finished mod there. Didn't realize that's what your were asking in the other thread, D. Thank you tho, for taking the initiative. [classic smiley - none of this dopey new smiley]

minimum BLANK size for the new design: 1 1/16 x 1 3/4+ x 4"

(the 1 3/4" width is supertight there. It has to be that AND bigger . . . not like you find the fattest part of a "square" block and that reads 1 3/4". More like, that's the narrowest possible measurement that can be found on the entire block width. 1 13/16" is really more reasonable. The 4" is generous. A little under 4" will work.)
