Nope, the FDA considers 0 nic tobacco as tobacco still so it's part of the deeming don't know about New York but I smell lawsuits...yes...

I usually avoid FOX(news) like a canker sore but this was great. They must not the part of the "usual" FOX propaganda machine.
I posted on their facebook page with a link to the spot and my appreciation. Personally I avoid Fox like the plague but this was such a fantastic spot I was blown away!

As liberal as I am.... Democrats want a nanny state. Republicans want less regulations. It's why I know longer align my self with a party. Lol. There's some good to the left, some good to the right, and a whole lot of nonsense from both sides

For depression worse than anything Chantix can produce, you need to watch the Senate committee hearings on e-cigs.
Until there is some proper unbiased research published, half the media will assume it's a mix of addictive, poisonous nicotine, with a bit of cherry antifreeze tossed in it for kids or that it's a fantastic method for adults to quit smoking and expose themselves to less risk.
Since e-cigs cannot make any such claims despite the anecdotal evidence of everyone on this forum, it's an interesting crossroads and why i have posted before that i think it will ultimately be decided in court.

it's now taking 15 hops to get to ECF. when it was down, it hung after 10. so, looks like someone tripped on a wire in the host facility or one hop upstream.
takes a fw hops ad drps rndm letters, but overall mustn't grumble!

Anyway - second clean this week for my Dibi - pencil eraser on the bottom brass screw and having spilt juice all over the place cos the o-ring in my bottle gave up competing with my brutal ADV cleaned the top firing pin = spit on thumb and rub it a bit (worked for my wives!) - good as new.
