I took a lazy day today, bumming around the house. To morrow I hope to go in to the mountains and spend the night by a waterfall. Anybody else doing something fun or having an adventure this holiday weekend?

You know... colors tend to get seen first, but that middle one is beautiful too!! That pattern is spectacular. I love how this entire batch has so much variety!!

Totally doable. At 3.7 volts, 100 watts is a 0.1369 ohm coil, pulling a mere 27 amps.

I got the second one sight unseen at the same time as I got the first one, and I sent them both over to pdib to be made into dibis.

They actually look quite a bit different from each other.

Nice to see those strips of paper you use to keep track of what goes on the mod. Reminds me of those factory checklists I used to find on old BMWs hidden under the carpet.

I was really surprised that you showed the dyed ones in this state since you had previously been concerned that people might misconstrue them for being chalky looking when they were finished.
