Yep, MoN - choose carefully.

the redhead and i split rather amicably.

just did the math. the blonde cost me 909.0909090909091 dibis...

:)

Trust me- I didn't. I was JUST smart enough to make a miss on the marriage, and just have an awesome kid instead. Still gonna cost me, but at least this cost is worth it.

also explains a bit about my wood preferences...

did you get that, Val???
:)

Then how come you ignored this one a while back? I thought for sure you'd love this

This may or may not work due to all the cracks and some movement in the wood (don't know what that means)
.... in case it doesn't work though, I wouldn't mind making this art piece a paper weight.

Done a few squonkers but I bought the dibi for me first and review 2nd

Well, my good Scotsman, dear friend M., I made it for you, not for review (not even 2nd). Maybe we could just skip the 2nd? After all, it's not made for reviewing. It's made for vaping . . . . . . and enjoying.

(unless, of course, you have nothing but bad things to say about it)

:)

(that mod right there is all about one person making some one particular thing for another person, just like everybody else, and with just as much care and attention)

My peeps (present peeps, and future), I know it's exciting to think that Someone will say good things about something you're excited about (dare I say?), something that is special to you (dare I . ..?). And that "everyone" will want something that only a few people will have. I get excited about that; you know I do. I would be thrilled to have someone special say nice things about something I've worked so hard on.

however . . . . .. .

This is not what I've endeavored to create. The value here is in the thing you hold in your hand (or will be soon). It's in the beauty of the wood, and the energy that I focus on each particular mod. Some of you will know that I'll drop a line to ask whether you're left handed or right, or what your definition of "pink" or "red" is. Others will know that I'll think of you, and how it's going, long after the deal is done.

Having this thing "blow up" is an exciting thought; but not a rewarding consequence. Let's just all chill, and enjoy what we've got. As my dear uncle Jànos ("Jànos bacsi" to me) used to say (didn't. didn't even speak English): A pig in the ciderhouse is one thing, a hawk speaking Mandarin Chinese another. (←?)

I'm afraid it may well be a simple choice here; in that we can't have both. Personally, I can't see how I can devote the personal attention and skill (←full of himself) to each individual mod (which is what I think makes it special), and run any kind of degree of production that would meet the demand created by too much chatter and hype. And, too, also, to boot, as well, add this → . . . .. . I'm not interested. That's not what I'm interested in doing.

So, this is the "business" decision that I'm making right now: I'm not going there . . . .. . I'm staying here. This is just about some guy who loves to make stuff doing what he loves to do. I don't want to raise prices because of demand. I don't want to turn people down. I just want to make mods, and hopefully bring some little joy into a few people's day. I do want reasonable pay for an honest day's work (and I'm still not there yet, and we'll get into that another day, when I'm confident I can't go any faster, and I break out the abacus); but I don't want "that" to interfere with this little thang that you all and me got goin' on here . .. ... . my dear peeps.

So everybody shut up! (except for Kogijiki, cause she's queen, and it's cute when she does the )
