I didn't buy any since I have a supply of KGD, but another member (unsolicited and out of the goodness of their heart) sent me some to try. Haven't had it in long enough to get a long term impression, but I have to say I am impressed in the short term. Might be my next "best and greatest wick".

I didn't notice any tendency to break, but I have only put it in one coil so what do I know?

hmmmmm . . . . wonder if it's the same "unsolicited, good heart" member as what up and sent me some :?:

Dear friends,

I know politics is a bad topic, but I ask a favor of you... If any of you or your friends feel the need to post or re-post the video of the jack-... at the tea party gathering disrespecting a certain holy book...

Please remember that it is people like myself who are here in this place who have to deal with the second and third order effects this will cause.

That is all

:offtopic: I've got to interject this: I just tried a wick of the CelluCotton and all I can say is OMG, if you've not tried this? I heartily recommend/endorse it! :) It wicks quicker that a bolt of lightening and imparts; IMHO, absolutely no added taste to my juice as cotton sometimes can...

As always; your mileage may vary and taste is subjective, now to try this with some MM, best/fastest/cleanest wicking material that I've found to date.

Now back to your regularly scheduled chit chat... :matrix:

BTW, it is available @ Sally beauty supply... $10 & change for virtually a lifetime's supply (500 ft.).

That is until it becomes more widely known then folks at salons won't be able to get any as all of the vapers sit in our forts built of cellocotton boxes...

This stuff sells as "Dymondwood". These days it is used primarily as handle material for cheap knives (under $10) from Pakistan. Sorry about the wood snobbery but is is almost always used on cheap products. Plus it would probably mess up Peter's cutters. Cutting it is harder on blades than ironwood.

YES!! Thank you for saving me from contemplating a 3rd Dibi...

 now I understand. No worries here. I avoid the news and all politics since most of it depressing and I figure if it's reeeeeeally important it will interrupt one of my favorite tv shows. ;)

Of course its not a review. reviews don't have the hound of the baskervilles as a sound track. [emoji51]

Nice review Todd. I think many of us feel the same as you. :D

I got a new toy for my OliveR or dibi... whatever the name is today. An atomic rda clone by ehpro. Surprisingly a very well made clone. Seen alot of them in the reo forum so I had to try one. Center post is prob best channeled with a dremel vs. drilling. There's a long ways to drill but if you have the right equipment it's likely not a problem. Can't say the adjustable airflow is for me but it is nice to try different ones. Anyway, prob the best $20 I've spent in a long time.

On another note, the Reactor atties I bought are strange. On the OliveR they are great. However on my LP reo, they are horrible. Can't seem to figure it out. Juice tastes burnt; like the coils have hot spots. Haven't really had time to play around. It's as if the reo doesn't like dual coils. I can take the same battery and atty from my OliveR and put it on my LP reo and its horrible. Just burnt tasting juice. Really weird. Anyone else experience this? If I ever get some free time I'll do some voltage measurements, maybe that's where it is? Can't imagine the reo having less voltage drop than my OliveR though but maybe.

it could easily have more v-drop than a REO with the new contacts. I mean, yours and now. When I send them out, they're about the same (sometimes better). Don't remember where his inspiration came from (was it? . . . . . . nuppin' . .. . ); but Rob really went to a lot of trouble and showed some serious star quality in re-vamping the REOs for v-drop at low subΩs. If your "fling-flangin' what that ding-dang" isn't hitting as hard, it may need a little cleaning and/or some adjustment.

Hmmm perhaps some testing/cleaning/motivation to work with some silver is in order. :D

BTW, threading of silver rod isn't so easy, not given up, just thinkin about how to make it happen. Heard kerosene is a good thread cuttin lube for copper/aluminum so I may try some of that.
