I did my best, asking you to go ask Bruce about this. He is the one that can give an answer. But if you have any other suggestion, I am listening.

I too dont like this situation and I know what I will do but I cant do it now. People have already paid and I want things go smooth

People asked Bruce Imeo. he gave them one line half answers and excuses. You must have seen this. All people wanted was the truth. Which is out there now, but all of this hoopla could have been avoided had you stepped in and told your customers what really happened. It's their money, they deserved to know. I get it, you didn't want to step on Bruce's toes and not let him deal with it his way, but he failed miserably and as far as I'm concerned shot his whole foot off with what he did.
It appears to be all good now that Bruce is finally shipping the Penelope's though. I just want you to understand that you, your devices, and your representatives selling your devices are all interwoven into the GG experience. Choose your representatives wisely, and when they are not representing you the way they should be, step in and take over. You spend so much time here developing loyal customers and friends, and we love you for it. Don't let a seller ruin that.

So don't you dare start taking part of the blame for this friend.

And nothing can be done to reverse it know.
So I hope you get yours the fastest as it can be,
and after this all new consideration
Can be made for future.

I am assuming that you if you preordered a Penelope V2 it was from Vassilis and you got your new CT's long ago. On the other hand the COV customers do not have any of these yet 3 weeks after preorder of Penelope V2 release and 3 months since JustGG release for the CT's.

Guts ~ Have you forgotten when your Ody, Iatty did not sit flush on new JGG CT how upset you were. Did any GG members tell you just let it be and it's not a big deal. I guess it's easy for some not to give a flip if it does not concern them.

It bothers me... I want to use all of Imeo's creations on my JustGG... And I don't want to use the lid because I want a very good airflow control.
I thought that this one would work with all GG bases... Just like GGTS, but better.
It's weird that CaptSteve has been able to make his Oddy sit flush, I've got a 3mm gap. I won't try to screw mine harder, I don't want to damage it... I know I can use it with Ithaka base or the lid, but why would I? And I can't use iAtty with Ithaka base. And as aal said, with an adjustable center pin if there's this issue?
I don't remember that this has been discussed on this thread.
But the point in having proprietary threads is just to make everything interchange between all versions, at least that's what I thought when buying justGG.

The issues is not really from the bases, they work fine on GGTS, but it's the new CT that we should talk about.

Imeo, I don't remember that you said justGG CT will only be compatible with Ithaka and nothing else :unsure:
I'd love to say it's not a big deal for me either... But when I buy a GG product I expect it to work with everything, sorry about the drama but I'm sure I'm not the only one who's a little bit disappointed with that.

Thanks Imeo, but honestly I'd rather have a brass CT that work with iAtty, Oddy and Ithaka instead of just the base of one of them.

Well unfortunately Imeo the time for smooth has long since past. Due to the resellers mishandling of our money and lack of communication we all suffer.

But I do that all the time River. I am the person that have chanced so many vendors, maybe more than anyone else. And I choose them carefully every time. And I dont think that Bruce didnt do his job for years. So if Bruce or anyone else fails one time doesnt mean that I made a bad choice nor that he is is not doing his job.

Telling you what happened is useless. We have to see what we have to do from now on
