That kind of depends on what the OMB does, and I'm somewhat open to suggestions as for when to deliver.

The idea was, once we have a "final" rule that will become law without congressional/presidential intervention.
Groups are still meeting with OMB. Then, of course, there will be the Christmas/New years breaks. Not sure if OMB will sneak it out then or wait until after the new year. Being pretty much ignorant about it at the moment, wouldn't it have a better chance of being noticed after the holidays? All the politicians want right now is a vacation. That and they won't even remember it after the eggnog and a few cigars.

I am new in all this vaping stuff and pretty far from USA, but knowing the Pros & Cons of vaping, of course I will SIGN!
From my point of view, if in the USA this regulations will go through, it will effect the industry all over the world.
Also, I like the way such communities as: NOT Blowing Smoke, Save vaping Petition!, Homepage - SFATA | Smoke Free Alternatives Trade Association are staying strong for Vapers rights!
These guys aren't just taking action to protect this industry, but also they are educating everybody about vaping itself!

At this point it might be worth a try. Would you mind climbing onto the pointy garage roof and giving it to the dish? How are you holding up under all the wind and rain?

Have Santa do it, he's headed there anyway!

Well, the tornado was far, far away. But we did have a tree hit the house from another wind storm. Ground is so saturated the root wads have nothing much to hold them in place... But the damage is actually minor, just at the edge, and the boxed eaves. No penetration into the structure, no leaks. Others have not been so fortunate.

Same storm dropped a bigger one next door, at MIL's, across to her neighbor's house, and laid it parallel to their house, missing everything but the ground. Lucky there as well, as it was big enough to have demolished that! And a smaller one did some minor damage to one of her shed roofs, but not enough to even warrant a claim.

So, so far, so good!

Saw a news story today that Holland is banning vaping for the under 18 crowd because it's a "gateway" to smoking. Truth doesn't seem to have much to do with these laws no matter where they are passed.

Wow, sorry you and others are losing trees but glad you only had minor damage. My parents, 8th floor, tinted windows, failing eyesight, actually noticed it was raining the other day--the day Portland flooded. Last count on our property is about 70 dead or dying trees from the drought. Getting crushed is a concern. We did get about 2" of rain yesterday/last night with the first dusting of snow this morning since year before last. :thumb: It looks like this is only the beginning so keep your seat belt fastened and stay safe.
