Was looking at the news headlines from an out-of-state news source today and saw:

Didn’t bother to google it, sure as hell not going to click the link especially since it’s from a state that’s willing to suck up the taxes from legalizing “other stuff,” and I was just there and it’s not easy to avoid inhaling the smoke from their “other stuff” just walking down the street (not to mention certain factories producing carcinogenic air the city failed to properly monitor), yet the “headline” implies we’re going to get popcorn lung from vaping.
Thank you tobacco Free CA for giving me a second wind on fighting this ridiculous demonization against people trying to quit smoking. May you suffer the same consequences you try to imposed on other individuals, to keep smoking, just to earn a buck and then slowly rot in hell Tobacco Free CA.
(Put simply, I’m not necessarily anti other stuff, I’m against the illegal users and trespassers that we ran into. We also live in an area where cartels grow and numerous people, animals and other environmental resources, including us, have died/suffered from their activities.)

Think, if the gub'min just stayed out of everybody's business
we wouldn't have to worry about all these silly regulations and "demonization",
and those cartels would be put out of business by big American business and agriculture.
Check this. I recently read, can probably find a link to the story,
that in China they decided to make the manufacturing and sale of vape products illegal
because it competes with the Chinese tobacco industry.
I need to know who on God's Earth smokes Chinese tobacco..

SOME regulations on SOME things make sense. And can promote or enhance the "common good" per the Constitution. Think vehicle safety, for example.
But, yeah, so many these days just seem to promote the money and power grab...

On further research I think that like all good myths the April Fool's joke was based on reality.
Besides the article linked to above I've looked into Mr Antonio Kwon Cho and the Honk Kong
Council on Smoking and Health. While I doubt his urging a ban on ecigs will be of much influence
with the party after they look at the bottom line, he has indeed pushed for such legislation.

when they count their pennies.
But my order from Nude shipped Priority Mail 2nd Day which I ordered on the 8th
