Beware of change.org they are a for profit organization the donations don't actually go to the cause or people you're just sending them money to promote the petition which is also very questionable because they don't do anything with the petition on their end. It's a scam.
Yes, we were made aware of it several years ago. Overall the petition has had about half a million signatures and you can see where it stands now.
Person who started he petition hasn't been here in a couple of years either. All we do is keep people aware, as does this thread Deeming Regulations have been released!!!! , and bump it to keep it from being eventually locked.
