Number of signatures on the petition... they periodically go through it checking for invalid ones, duplicates and so on, so it sometimes goes... down.

No. By now we've posted hundreds on here and it's sometimes too much to remember what has and hasn't been posted before.

Yeah, it's only gone down by tens of thousands.
Apparently they delete signatures after a certain time.
