The FDA already did that once. Some shipments were confiscated and never returned. The only reason we are vaping today is because NJOY challenged the FDA in court and won. Anybody from Massachusetts? You just got screwed by your AG big time. I didn't even know that was legal. Massachusetts AG Dropped the Bomb - Regs start 9/25/15 | E-Cigarette Forum I didn't know the AG could do that. Didn't know they could set up the system in a few weeks. Didn't know USPS did age verification under 21. Looks like they might have lots of room to fight back. We'll have to see how it pans out and if we can help them.
