My own fault (Just poor timing on missing specials). If the orings were in place, is it possible the center tube of the cart was pierced? I know I've done it before when punching carts, resulting in gurgling and juice running out of the bottom of my tank. It doesn't take much. I've taken them apart and you can't even see the hole, just that the fabric is looser in one place.

No, they were two factory pre-punched DCT cartos with flanges. There is material other than metal inside the cartos and the juice might have done something to it. All I know is the conditions under which I had the problem, and the conditions without. Everything is constant except for the juice. I am using and have used the same factory pre-punched cartos (new ones of course) with three other juices now with no problems. Enough said on this subject. I hope people let it rest now. I have replaced the cartos and the juice and all is well.
