probably by a factor of 10x cheaper
Are any of your firearms 'collector' or 'sentimental' pieces? If not, adjusting your homeowners insurance is another way to cover the loss in the event of a fire.
I found these two 22's in a gym bag that came down the trash chute at work. The Rugar is from 1953 and has never been fired. The revolver is from 1958 - 1960
ah, favorite assasination round for Mossad. Be aware of strangers in the neighborhoodI found these two 22's in a gym bag that came down the trash chute at work. The Rugar is from 1953 and has never been fired. The revolver is from 1958 - 1960
I'm not concerned as I know how they came to be where I found them, it was because of a death and the company hired to clean out the unit overlooked them. I really shouldn't have posted about them.
And being that I'm in California the process would probably turn into a real shirt show.
I didn't have a 'spot' for an actual safe in the previous house. So, I settled for a Stack-On cabinet to be able to keep everything under lock and key. Last year when we moved to another house, I added the black cabinet to avoid the over crowded original green one. A safe would be nice to have as I now have 'room for one. But at this point in my life, I'll just stick with what I have.
"only 15 left in stock order soon' says the listingI don't think the company is doing very well. That 2 door cabinet you show is exactly what I need and nobody carries it any more. It's either shown as out of stock or discontinued. Think anyone else makes something similar at that price point? Noooope!
Hell, even the el cheapo safes via Wally World are all single door affairs. **sigh**
I didn't read the listing or reviews ... just went by the pictureTempting, until I read the reviews. The satisfaction on that one is even lower than the junk that comes from China. Ewww!
How the heck did you move it?it's very heavy!
It was in the basement of a house where I bought it. They had a back door to their basement with 8 steps to get it out. I brought my trailer and hand truck to bring it home. I put the safe on my hand truck and managed to get it to the stairs but couldn't pull it up the stairs. I attached a rope to the hand truck and pulled it out with my Jeep and then pulled it onto my trailer... I really want to figure out who made this safe so I can figure out how heavy it is. I'm hoping to try and remove the poor paint job and see something about the name brand. How the heck did you move it?
