Pod Mods: Which One Are You Liking the Most?

Don't take my word for it, though.
Still, I doubt you find it worth 2x the price of the iCare no matter your thoughts on the performance.
I do love the much-more ergonomic mouthpiece. The one for your own drip tip will increase the overall height of the mod by about 3/4 of an inch. I will not be using that one.
Since the little rubber piece is still on deck, I am not so confident about the possibilities of the dreaded AF.
OK. Before I start seriously looking at spending some hard earned $$$, what's the consensus on the various systems to date? From what I'm seeing, the von erl is topping the favorite list? (I'm liking what I see on the BO as well.)

Von Erl was the worst. I read that the issues I (and many others had) was a batch issue. I don't know. Mine only worked half the time. The draw would not activate. I can't say I ever had a draw-activated device work as poorly as the Von Erl. But the hits were pretty good when it did work.
For me (with pods), nothing comes close to the Infinite Inone. Larger than other the USB stick type of devices, but a killer MTL! And long lasting coils.
I do love the Myjet, but it is something best for vapers that can finagle a rewick. JUUL is great, but it has issues too. Still waiting on word about the Apollo Brez.
I can't remember half of what I tried right now though.
Oh, the Pebble is just okay. The Boulder still isn't here.
Edit: the Cync was my best friend for about a month, but that relationship is now totally over. Can't trust him. LOL

A little birdy tells me they have the manufacturing bugs/issues worked out for the XOLO. Desperately wanting to try one of those as the 10ml pod is something that fits perfectly with my vaping style.

I ran across the Mistic 2.0 and did an impulse buy… I’m liking it. 1700mah bat., 30w @0.25 ohms, 10ml pod. Haven’t figured out a way in to rebuild, but you can drill the top to refill (not elegant, but it works.) I went thru about 50ml before vapor started dropping off… just gotta see if I can break it open to rebuild.

I've been using my iCare on a regular basis when I go out for the evening.
My first one worked flawlessly until I lost it.
My second one is also working flawlessly so far as well.
Well, when I say flawlessly I guess I am kind of ignoring the occasional pop and spit.
But then, that doesn't really bother me as much as it seems to bother others.
Closing the airflow down to two holes helps, but some people want it wide open, so...
Anyway, I like it enough that I went and bought 20 replacement coils.
Cost me less than a buck a piece at Perfect Vape.
My first one worked flawlessly until I lost it.
My second one is also working flawlessly so far as well.

Im positive it was the bad batch. Email them. They sent me a new kit $0.00 super fast when I thought it was the battery. Same issue. Bad connection. Got new pods and issue has yet to come back. The one issue I do have is leaking sometimes on refill. I think the cotton thingy (wick) loses its shape or gets too saturated IDK.Just my opinion:

Here's a new one: Mesh, from nicocigs (Phillip Morris)...
2ml pods (per EU) and has something Juul-like about the lung hit (19mg/ml - again, per EU). Not keen on the taste out of the box (really strong tobacco), but probably good for the target market.
Ugly as sin (is it a nose-hair trimmer?), but a decent first attempt from the Marlboro maker.

Its the worst vape ive ever experienced, its like they purposely made it bad. (Not unheard of im told)
Its vapes like pure PG, i emptied a pod and put some of my juice in there, makes a huge difference.
Guys what am I missing here? What makes these things better than any of the other vape kits that you can get and have been available for a while? I think I am missing what the "pod" bit is.
Pod is usually a tiny pre-filled plastic tank with integrated wick and coil. Device is super easy to use. I wouldn’t call them better than traditional kits, just different and very convenient when you need quick nicotine fix.
Not necessarily better (in most cases,) but new and novel imo. They are indeed a good ‘new vaper’ e-cig, a curiosity and more capable than the old ‘cigalikes’. They do offer an option for stealthy vaping and a new opportunity to mod for a better vape.
Small and stealthy, can sneak a vape about anywhere when used with higher pg (low vapor) minty or other no smell juices. A quick vape when you don't have a lot of time- using high Nic salts, 36 to 45mg it only takes 5 or 6 hits to get your Nic fix and you're good to go.
No other mod I've seen does those two things as well. Plus really good flavor.
The cons are have to charge batteries more often again and pods can be expensive unless you fill your own and re-wick them. Pod mods serve a different purpose as noted above and are in addition to my other mods and tanks.
Thanks for the responses. What I was struggling to see was what was it about these that would appeal to a more experienced vaper. There was no way I would be digging out my 5 year old ego-t kit for example. However, I do like the idea of having a small back up device. I never generally bother taking a second when I am using a mech, but now I have started to use regulateds again, having the second as a back up could be handy. Might have a bit more of a read into these.
