No we don't. But we'll deal with it after this current discussion gets resolved. I don't intend to "table" jj's or j0ker's opinions and I'm not sure they have been given full time due to our current topic.

It may be a quick discussion when we get to it though.

i was tabling your question as to what happened last night - people who miss their turning and stop by after all.
imo, nothing should be changed there this year. we've had quite a few who were in the same position and told them no. no way can we go back and pull them all out of 70,000 posts ......

Since you all look like you are coming to some decisions, and since the contest is for the ECF membership, it would be nice, since it is for the membership,to give them a voice in it.

no, we're not starting over again

we're moving forward with what you just voted yes on. the next steps (after getting the last bits of input) are to finalize the cliff notes version of what is current and what we've been in the process of agreeing that we want, and then will get that to j0ker for his input.

we're almost there! (i think )

I agree. I'm waiting for Starry's vote to repost the what we have/what we want summary that i have- so that Atty and y'all can add the details of how we do it...it can then go to j0ker for his review.

(though there are quite a few of us involved in the current discussion who were not in the group that defined the original parameters. thus, many of us are new to this aspect of it)

And THAT is what we'll talk about after this. Like I said... might be a short discussion. And your post here may have just solved it (again) but I want to not exclude jj's and j0ker's ideas about "everyone in the month they turn". So we have to HAVE the discussion, even if it's resolved quickly. Depends on what they mean and what we come up with.

We seem to be so focused on avatar parties that we aren't finishing the discussion on the monthly eligibility. And that's important too. Particularly if we drop any additional requirements for the G.P. since monthly requirements = G.P. requirements (or is that not correct?) See?

(and it seems we're having it as we go. I did want to wait, but mentioned I'd bring it up later.......... )
