Super-T ELA: Quality you can see! The ELA's internal finish is of higher quality then most competitors external finish is. Bringing the machining in house will definitely yield big dividends going forward in quality.

Yeah, it's a mess up in there. I pre-ordered the Ithaka, but I'm not as worked up about it as a lot of the people there. I'll wait to pass judgement until I hear the full story, but it's definitely odd that he would post on his FB page before leaving for VapeBash that the Ithakas were stuck in customs, then to find out that he's selling them at VB. All I care about is that I get what I paid for. The only way that I'd be upset is if he sold at VB and then could not fulfill the pre-orders. But either way, it's very unlikely that I'll ever buy from CoV again. I guess all I can do in the meantime is to wait for David to start making his rba!!!!

Lol...I'm not too worried about it. I've got enough gear to keep me busy, and I'm anticipating the ELA more anyways. But you should see how irate the people on the GG and CoV subforums are!
I agreed. I also pre-order mine and to see that CoV is selling these at Vapebash at a reduced show price and we didn't even get our shipping notification is not very professional to say the least.
Yep. Pretty crappy thing to do to their own customers, who have waited four months just to see one, only to find out second-hand that they're selling them to anyone who walks up and asks for one. They still haven't bothered telling anyone who pre-ordered they even have them yet.
I'm willing to pay for shipping from Greece not to have to deal with a company who treats their customers like that ever again.
Now, if I can only figure out how to build this darn thing!

Good news is, the base of the 510 seems to measure 22mm while the largest OD is 23mm! I think this is about as close as we will get to a match until David starts belting out atties.

Now I'm waffling over my decision to order satin finish. I love Super-T Satin - and the polished isn't as mirror-like as the Ithaka there, right? I figure the accent rings would be polished too - as the choices there were only SS or brass.
No,if you order a Satin finish ELA your accent rings are Satin finish too.
SuperT polished finish isn't as shiny. I'll be refinishing mine to match the SuperT finish. I've done it to every GG RBA that I have, and they look flawless!
Yeah, I'd like to match up the polished finish to Super T's grit polish. But, I feel that with daily use, it might just start matching up on its own lol!
