I've tossed the idea around, but i don't think i will be. They just corrode so fast in that moist environment. Thats not a definitive no, as who knows what may change, but for the short term i won't be.
Thanks for the reply. It's defiantly a beautiful piece I can't wait to get it.

Thanks Nineteen-oh-four. It's an overused phrase, I know, but in the case of David's ELA telescoping mod, the pictures really don't do it justice. Also, I think Super T customers are going to be very happy with David's newest design, his hybrid adjustable center post.

Good evening artusno1!

As it is, the middle ring is not decorative, its functional and you need the grip on it to actuate the locking tube locking mechanism. It was smooth and too slippery before i knurled it. Doesn't mean i could experiment with some other gripping designs on it though which i may do at some point, but for now, it will be knurled. :)

I do have some of the right size brass in now and i'll try to get some brass accent rings machined up within a week or so and put up some pics for your viewing pleasure!

Love the knurled ring alot, AND brass accent rings are what I'm waiting for. (need to see them first on the ELA) Awesome

Yeah, i love a bit of brass too, it really makes it stand out. And with them just being removable brass rings that you can swap out for your stainless ones, one isn't permanently stuck with them on their mod when out and about (don't won't them to get beat up :)

That is exactly what I was thinking, and those rings would be perfect for maybe some gold or rhodium plating that could be used only for special occasions or something.

It kind of varies on this mod..lol. About 21mm at the telescoping section, about 22mm at the main body grip indent section and about 24mm at its widest on the both ends. Length compressed though is about 1mm SHORTER then the PrecisePlus 18350 and 1mm shorter respectively then a P+ 18500 and P+ 18650. Weight, i don't know as i haven't weighed it yet. Extensive weight savings throughout, machined out lower cap on the inside, machined out upper cap on the inside, machined out body on the lower half. This baby is tricked inside and out ;-)

it is mentioned earlier

I am hoping to get one in the near future, it is beautiful, just perfection. I know the usual critics out there are "bahing, and humbuging" about this being another copy of something "something else" out there. But I say bah and humbug to those nay sayers. It is a basic idea that has been perfected and improved and styled into something unique. This has perfected everything that a telescopic MOD is and should be. The only thing that makes me hesitate is how it will look with my Odysseus on it and most importantly how well it will be able to be stood on its bottom end. But I have a feeling these are minor concerns on my part. But I have been known to be a bit too cautious at times. Good thing though, because being a Super-T product it will be perfection and availability will be constant without months of waiting and being able to be lucky enough to get one. Thanks Super-T , now I can get one of your products.

I was so close to getting one of your beautiful Precise 18650s but thought it was a bit too slim for my Odysseus, I like a nice one piece look. I dont like my tank to be wider than the MOD, but I think the ELA will be perfect with what I think is the best atomizer for my needs. Another plus in my needs is the fact that it has been designed with the Kick in mind. I love the Kick module and cant imaging being without one. Im sure that since you designed the ELA with this in mind, that the kick will fit perfectly.

Thanks and cant wait to see the proud owners posting their picts as they come in in a few weeks. I too will hopefully be able to post my picts as a proud owner too.

David, do the AW Protected batteries on your site fit ELA?
More specifically, the largest 3100mAh protected battery, but also those of smaller capacity.
Second, when do you suppose that you'll be able to sell the DNA 20 module?
Finally, will there be a "stealthy" atty available so that I can make my ELA as short as possible when using the DNA 20 module and the, for example, 18350 battery? Maybe a shorter version of the Strata or something similar? I am thinking of buying the foggatti and the smaller tank for it, but as experience has taught me, super-t tends to come up with the sort of thing I am looking for just when I'm thinking about buying a similar product from a different vendor. Right now I have decided to wait, but I'd like to know roughly what my options will be.
