Ah, crap, I guess it's too dark in here right now for my webcam (or I'm just having n00b issues with my settings), but you get the idea
Listen, you are not "wrong" or anything like that to be upset. You paid money, and paid long in advance so when money exchanges it's considered a purchase and in your head it's yours. It's very understandable. It is time consuming and costly for someone like David to make such a device too, however that's business if you want to be in business. Another part of business is customer service and quality. If the ELA is the most amazing device -but, it comes 4 months too late the amazing part won't matter because the customer "feel good" part of the purchase is tarnished. So, the bottom line is at this point it is David's responsibility to crank it up a notch as best he can to keep his paying customers happy, to keep in mind that it's a public forum and potential customers may be looking in and observing, and maintain the standards he wishes to set with the product without sacrificing the "feel good" part of the purchase as well. It is your responsibility as the buyer to be understanding that you are dealing in low volume, largely underground products that are made by ultra small business to a demanding customer base that is viral. He knows what most of us expect and he cares about what he puts out. You can vent all you like. You paid for that right, and David can vent right back and defend his methods because its HIS product and his vision. So sit tight and hopefully these posts wil give that extra nudge and maybe there will be some extra long days ahead to get things faster to our doors.
In the meantime though, there are many other ways to vape and none of us began vaping with a ELA, so at the same time don't use that as a reason to smoke. When hurricane sandy destroyed my house and I had no power to charge my batteries I used cheap "hooka" e cigs from the store till I had a place to go. If there's a will, there's a way.
I thought it was order numbers .? I got an order number when I placed my preorder
I believe yuujin had to pay via western union, therefore his may be handled a little differently.
Have you tried logging in on the site to see if it shows an order #?
I don't believe January orders have started shipping yet. I think the orders that are shipping are still from around christmas.

Anybody got a kayfun 3.1 to chuck on their ELA? Would love a pick of that to know if i should be getting something else.
Lol. It is a maxpedition jumbo versipac. Ironically I must be like Jack on here and we will leave it at that! I have taken to a murse to carry my gear lol. The Ela is sick people. More than worth the wait. I ordered mid December I think. It is incredible with the kick. I had almost forgot that a kick will pulse at low voltage. That was out of the bag from David. I haven't cleaned it yet. And yeah I'm a large person lol... Or three small ones or a couple good sized ones lol.
Thanks, bygg. I just checked it out. Hell, it even comes with concealed carry compartment. Might make it my new work/PV bag.

There are order numbers if the order is registered under an account at the site. In my case, for some reason my order doesn't show up under my account there, so I don't have an order number. All I have is an invoice number I received after pre-ordering on Jan. 6 (23583-1357473241), and those don't seem to match the order numbers people are using to keep track.
I just watched all the new videos on the Super T site and am even more excited to get mine! The ELA looks as slick as can be. Question, is Super T planning on coming out with an Atty to match it? A Genesis style one I mean.
I keep a Glock 21 in it. Can never have enough security... I mean there is usually a Shockwave and or ELA in that bag!
I just checked this bag out too, I'm so getting one soon! I'm quickly outgrowing the bag I have, this looks awesome
