Any chance of getting a realistic ETA on ELA shipments? The ETA when most ordered was far from realistic. Now that assembly is ongoing and shipping is occurring, it would seem predicting production speed should be doable, and thus an ETA for the last of the first batch should be reasonable to compute, along with the amount to be shipped each week.
Unfortunately it looks like the numbers are still all over the place. I think it was claimed that 75 were to be shipped by weeks end but unless the order numbers are deceiving, real shipments may have fallen far short of that. I think we'll have a better idea in a week or two. With the information we have now, my guess would be 40 shipped a week which would put the end of the first batch about 4-5 weeks out.

Me too. I've watched the thread since the beginning and pulled the trigger too late. As a result, my order number is over 1000 away from what has shipped so far.
I am not looking for a guesstimate based on the lacking info we have, my question was directed at David. He should be able to provide a relatively accurate timeline on at least the first batch shipments at this point.
Tell me about it, some of the peeps here have a waaaaaay lower number than i do, 15603 for me, i just love these pics and hope that one of these guys dont post a picture of what i wanna put on top of my ELA...I'm waiting for one of these guys to post a video of it vaping that hell out of it...
Being in the 15xxx's also, I just forget about the ELA (and Ithaka). I dub it "Pre-Order Meditation". Just try to check this thread less, and less, and less... Since I want the ELA so much, seems to be pretty character building to me.
The Pre-order meditation is right on par. I just wait patiently and hopefully it won't be 2014. Hey may be when ours is finally in production, it could be version 1.1 (look at the bright side).

Lol I actually own a Maxpedition E.D.C. Pocket Organizer/Vapurse once you reach a certain age being secure with yourself allows a murse/man purse.......well especially if you vape.
