My batch 2 ELA finally made it into the packet after about two weeks and is currently sitting in UK customs.
I hope it doesn't get too cosy there as it arrived 2 days ago

Maybe those custom agents are vapers? I'm sure when your package was scanned all kinds of bells and whistle went off, means they had to open it up. I wonder what atty they are using with it

Ive tried twik, and No matter what i end up dry burning it lol... If juice gets low pow dry burned

I already have one. I just want more of them. I was about to get it and all the standard juice they have on sale, because, sale. But I ended up just getting batteries and a ZMAX from another vendor. I'll buy another one later, I have too many toppers and not enough mods.

I see alot of picts with cartos..dont understand?...cartos on a mechanical? Is it for the minimalist look. Because most cartos ive used were when i first started vaping using an ego/twist...and after using rbas/rdas...cartos just taste muted to me.

Not cartos, atties. Vaptamist there has an avid aero 510 bridgeless dripping atty, and gets to use the adjustable draw feature of the ELA. You might like it.

I can't do cartos. They work for about 2-3 minutes for me and then I can't stand them. I love dripping on a good 510 atomizer on a mechanical PV. It's different than any of the dozens of rebuildables I've tried, with various wick and coil set ups. Not for everyone, for sure, but I'm a big fan.

It is similar to the HH 357, although cheaper, and it does provide a somewhat different vape.

Thanks vaptamist...took out my 357 and dripped on my lux..first vape not bad...redripped and flooded the damn thing..put right back into the drawer and went back to NiMBUs

It's weird how you get ahold of some things and if people throw money at you for it you just shrug it off, even though if you played your cards right you could be patient and wind up with two ELAs. My magic number for a Shockwave is $500,000 in case anyone's interested, PayPal no mention ecigs.

Unfortunately the Shockwave was a limited, once only item that launched over a year ago and are no longer available. You can only get one if you happen to find one sold second hand , which is rare.

ELA launched in Dec 2012 for pre-order and was sold in 2 batches and as of now not available. Batch 2 is starting to ship. It is not a limited run, but for now there is not a date for when more will be manufactured. THese pre-orders were offered for 6 months. The pre-orders were at a special price with lots of extras and when and if they are produced again price might be more and accessories will be extra.

There have been a handful seen in the classifieds but they go quickly. Keep an eye on this thread for any news on further productions.

Mine was order #15297 which must have been one of the first from batch 2 and that shipped on the 23rd. Still sitting in customs though

Hopefully this will not be like something I ordered once from China that spent a week over Christmas partying in Moscow and then arrived in the UK the day before new year's eve and spent another 5 days partying in London before it finally staggered in
