Congrats, I did the same thing years ago, but replace the little part with an heirloom emerald ring. My mom had made me put lotion on my hands and I took the ring off, put it on my lap, got to the mall and gone forever. It was my grandmothers and I still have the earrings, but damn if I can ever replace that ring. It was at least 5 karats almost perfectly clear , oval cabochon (no facets)

It was priceless to me.

That poor thing, looks like someone beat it up after school. Bet it still works great, though.

I ordered 3 so I hope one of mine looks like that after a while. I tend to baby my good stuff rather than taking it out of the house and enjoying it everywhere. That looks like a well used ELA which is why they were made in the first place

Came home today to my ELA! It's everything you guys said it was but smaller. I had this mental image it was going to be the size of a lightsaber in my mind. It's hefty but a nice fit in the hand. I would love to see a knurled accent ring to match the top knurled ring.

I know people will say post pics, but I have my kayfun on it so it looks EXACTLY like wakk0's so I'll just use his pic

We are a group of people, who have found a common ground. We all appreciate the quality of Super-T products. For the most part, I believe there are good people here. We help each other. Share in each other's excitement. Console each other. And, praise the products every chance we can. Like I said, good people. We good people, have thoughts, ideas, feelings, and opinions. In this place we have found, of common ground, we share these things. With some of these things, we agree. With some of these things, we don't. We may choose to politely respond, one way or the other. Good people don't 'lash out' at good people. We may not like, or agree with others, but we should always respect each other. If we lose the capacity to respect others, we are no longer good people.

When I read this thread, I do not see the 'ugly' or 'negative' people/actions/intentions referred to in some of the responses to my previous post. I see good people, sharing in each other's lives and experiences, in this common ground.

I hope Super-T does not share in the 'Question anything, and we will run you out of town.' mentality. If they do, I have spent $2,920.43 and counting with the wrong company. I hope Super-T respects my thoughts and opinions. I hope Super-T appreciates their Customers for being loyal, as much as we appreciate them for the products they produce.

Please be kind to people on the other end of the keyboard? Life is hard.

My thoughts after 24 hours of ELAing: Was it worth the wait? Absolutely. Both sides of the fence are right about their arguments on timeliness but at the end of the cycle, you will have a very well made item completely unlike anything else on the market. My comments from above about it being small were first impressions. It's all compact in it's 18350 mode and I have never used an 18350 mod so I really was like "Is this all it is?" I have a ton of 18350 batteries from when I had my Vamo so it's nice to know I can use them. 24 hours later using it in both 18500 and 18350 mode and it's a beast but a very manageable beast and feels quiet nice in the hand. It hits like a Super T product. It looks great with all my atties. I have a SQuape, KFL and Taifun GT, all of which look like they were made for it. The AC9 is a little thin but looks great on it. I have a Taifun GS as well as a few Tatroe Protank atties for easiness on the go that also look awesome on it despite their narrowness. On the road, changing batteries is a breeze. Pull up to a stop like, twist, pull, drop out the old battery, pop in the new and push and twist all in a matter of seconds. Awesome. Silky threads, outstanding machine quality. As I said above, I love their knurling. It has a wonderful feel to it. I can't wait to see how it does long term but I have no worries about its durability.
