I agree with you anavidfan, screw-on options for the ELA make it one sweet vaping platform ...
- You want simple sophistication, go with the standard set-up.
- You want to tail-stand your beautiful ELA, slap on the flat bottom button.
- You want regulation, screw on the kiklet.
- You want to impress Jonathan Goldsmith, run 'em all with a tanbur tip!

Good morning STF! I have a few questions, that I'm finding hard to get answered. First, does anyone know the process and turnaround time for having an ELA refinished? And second, any idea on when I'll be able to pick up an ELA compression band? I'm in desperate need of a compression band. I've dropped my tube withy atty attached more than once now. I use this mod more than anything! Any info is much appreciate. Thanks!

I would contact David at supertmanufacturing@yahoo.com and inquire about the refinishing. I'm sure he's too busy at the moment to be accepting refinishing jobs for the present time, but clarification from the man himself would be best. If you're in a tough pinch for a compression band, you can PM me and I'll arrange to get you one of mine.

Thanks for the info Nach! I am in a pinch, as I've been looking for a few weeks with no luck. I will send you a PM soon. Working atm... I can replace it as soon as they're back in stock, and will compensate you for your time and generosity. Thanks!

Hi Ana, it's just an observation...my mechs are going no where, especially my ELA. I was just very surprised when Imeo announced the proteus and think that we are about to see a concentration on the electric, just like we've seen a concentration on the mechanical in the last 6 months...I mean, who doesn't want to vape on a regulated 100watt device :p

I'm pretty good with 9, myself.

Well tried out the flat button last night. This morning I couldn't get it unlocked. So back to the standard bottom for now. But it sure looks pretty.

Yeah, that flat button is good enough for me, especially with 2 washers ala Rojo. But locking it seems to be a cosmetic acquiescence to the belief that a person will go to hell if their mod doesn't lock.

I like the stock button best.

I am now just implementing that into my Vape gear rules, I'm done paying crazy prices for stuff I want. There's so much quality gear out there it's just not worth it.
There are exceptions to the rule when paying over retail....ELA is one of them...Hard to find, limited #'s produced, long wait time, SuperT build quality/design.................
ELA's current Kelly Blue Book value..........Priceless;)

Trust me if I could I would, but I just started back going to school again after a long hiatus and can't afford to pay flipper prices right now

I have no exceptions to that rule.

While I can't argue that point. I carry my ELA along with many other items in my pocket. The kind of luck I have is the kind that Murphy's law is about. If it can happen. It will happen.

Sure, it has happened to me many a time. Regardless of a lock or the ease of locking I'm so horrible about it it's a moot point for me.

Either way it's good. If you get it, good. If you don't it wasn't meant to be. You may get another chance.
My rule of thumb: Never more than retail.
This is a very important rule indeed Snork when buying or selling.

I'm making my return, as I've scored an ELA off the classies yet again! Polished this time.

Oh and +1 on the Spheroid ;)

DIGI!

Congratulations and flippers can suck it :).

I have no exceptions to that rule.
No doubt.
